Are you in the mood for quick Chinese food? Then North Park is for you. With their array of noodle soups, congee, meat dishes and other bits, there is definitely something mouthwatering for everyone. Although this is definitely not a fine-dining Chinese place, it still is a very good restaurant in its own right. Most notable, to me and to many others, is definitely their Lechon Macau over Fried Rice; The pork is fried to perfection, the skin, crisp light and of course, never enough, and the rice just complementary to every bite. However, the most important of all, the string that ties everything together, is their lechon Black Sauce. It is darker than your usual hoisin, sweeter, and definitely addictive. (I use it on the chicken, dimsum, and everything else, except the jelly, which didn't taste so good with it). Do stop by! and if this branch is not open during your weird hours of hunger pangs (maybe you just fasted for 3 days and are \just about to quit your diet), there should be one open 24 hours nearby! There is no excuse to not have Lechon Macau of North Park, ever. read more
