There was time that whenever we would get together with my husband's side of the family, the default restaurant would be North Park. There were plenty of options for places to eat but North Park would always be at the top of our minds. That's because despite our varying food preferences and health-related restrictions, each one has something to enjoy from the menu. A case in point is my mother-in-law who only eats vegetables and fish. When eating at North Park, we would order Broccoli Kailan in Oyster Sauce or the Broccoli Flowers in Oyster Sauce for her and she would be totally satisfied. For my meat-loving husband, a serving of Lechon Macau Over Fried Rice would make his eyes twinkle. Recently, he mellowed and would order the Double Pork Rib instead. His Dad loves having the North Park Special Toast Noodles as part of our meal. My super favorite is North Park's 3 Kinds of Mushroom noodle soup and I would always season it with their soy sauce and chili flakes for that extra flavor. Sometimes, we would also have the Boneless Honey Lemon Chicken, the Soft Tofu Veggie Stir Fry, and the Sweet and Sour Lapu-Lapu Fillet. It always look like we're having a feast whenever we dine at North Park! read more
