After all four new Hercules brand tires separated after just a few months wear, Sean said he would give me a new set at his cost and after I got the invoice I noticed that I was charged $115.00 for an alignment and $60.00 for balancing the tires. Sean said he could rewrite invoice or take the overcharge off of future purchases. Being a stupid nice guy, I, agreed to future purchases option When I went in to get just an oil change I was expecting a credit showing balance due to me going forward. Instead of this Mike hit me with an invoice saying I owed him money instead. I tried to get him to explain how I owed him anything and he consulted Sean in the back room like a car salesman and came back to me gruffly inferring that here's the invoice and we'll call it even and now go away. I've been a good customer for 5 years and I can't understand why they were so desperate for my bucks that they would treat me like this . The new tires cost me $1200.00 roughly about double what other dealers charged Sincerely Larrye*

After more than five years of taking my vehicles to Brady's Automotive, I'm very disappointed to…read moresay I won't be returning. My most recent experience was completely different from the level of service I had come to expect. I felt the work was rushed, my concerns were dismissed, and the customer service was rude and unprofessional. As a long-time customer, I expected better communication and to feel like my concerns mattered. Instead, I left feeling unheard and undervalued. Trust is one of the most important qualities in an auto repair shop, and unfortunately, I no longer have that trust. After more than five years of loyalty, it's disappointing that things ended this way. I hope Brady's Automotive takes this feedback seriously and improves the way they communicate with and treat their customers.

Outstanding local business!!…read more I had a heck of an afternoon yesterday. Loaded up my old BBQ pit trailer to go cook for 140 National Guardsmen down in Hondo. Had a tire blowout on 46, coming into Bandera. Called my buddy with Lone Star Auto and Diesel, who suggested I call Tripp's. Talked to Cody on the phone. He bent over backwards to help me. He stayed open late, let me bring the tire and rim in, set me up with a brand new tire, and got me back on the road. The price was MORE than fair, too. Cody and the team at Tripp's are the real deal. I highly recommend doing business with them! So much so, that I'm back here a day later to replace the remaining tire on that trailer because, well, it's quite overdue. Well done, y'all. SHOP LOCAL!

Warning to women buying cars this dealership treats female customers like you don't know anything…read more They show zero care, zero respect and zero competence. We purchased a used vehicle and were given the absolute runaround. Five days straight we were told a part hadn't arrived, even though they initially said it was there and being worked on already... When we finally went to pick up the car, we sat in the waiting room for almost five hours, even though they claimed it was ready. The salesman told us everything was fixed and detailed the day prior and when we arrived, it wasn't detailed at all, and the salesman was not there for our scheduled appointment. Then shortly after, the check engine light comes on. It's a simple issue, something they should have no reason not to fix. Instead they refused service, had us leave, and told us to confirm our warranty that we have with them on our own. Then he said it's not something they could fix at their dealership...? I know not many people check Yelp reviews for dealerships, but I hope this at least reaches some people because I hate supporting inconsiderate and disrespectful places.

Definitely recommend RITCHIE AUTOMOTIVE in Boerne. Honest and fair…read more Thought I had issues with transmission as I felt a 'thump' a couple seconds after pressing on the accelerator from a stand still but no so much going down the road and accelerating. My vehicle make/model/year is known to have transmission issues around 150k miles. A/C was working intermittently. Worked fine for the first few minutes of driving and then would turn off automatically. When it turned off, I would press the button, and the light would blink three times, and the a/c would not turn on. Online search resulted in several possibilities that created this problem. On Tuesday, the engine overheated as I was driving on 281. Tried all the normal stuff but overheated again within two miles. At this point, being stuck on the side of 281, I decided to get it to a repair shop. I first called Hendrix; however, they could not get to my vehicle for about 7 days as they were backed up. I then called Gear Guys and they said it would be about 5 days before they could take a look as they were backed up with work. My friends recommended Ritchie Automotive (they have used them for 15+ years). Called Ritchie Automotive, explained the situation and that it was my only vehicle. I had it towed to their shop and they looked at it on Wednesday. Called me with the repair quote and started work that day. It was ready on Thursday. Turned out to be a problem with the motor mounts and not the transmission. There was a very small crack in the radiator that allowed the coolant to leak out slowly so it was not noticeable (like a broken radiator hose would be). This caused the engine to overheat which in turn, cause the AC to turn off. Very pleased with the level of customer service, the work, the fairness in pricing and the honesty! Ritchie Automotive will be my 'go to' for any future repairs that I can't (or simply do not want to) fix myself. For what it is worth, they are a Christian based company.
