However, he was unable to fix our dishwasher after 3 separate visits. After each visit he would say it was fixed without testing it and then leave. Each time I would phone and explain it still wasn't working. After the third time he said it wasn't fixable and needed to be replaced. Great! However, he wrote a report to the warranty company that it was fixed. They're unwilling to replace the dishwasher because of his report and would prefer to send another technician. Problem is, Willow Point Appliances is the only repair company they have on file, and he's refused to look at our dishwasher further. We've been without a working dishwasher for 9 months now, and I mostly blame Willow Point Appliances for bad business tactics. I hope no one else is stuck like we are.

I will never use this service again, as I do not believe their repairman made a sincere effort to fix my problems just to check me off his list, write a bill and leave!

We got Barrons service, they came three times for a total cost of about $300. In the end they said that the washer was working OK, but they had not tested it under load. They were wrong because it did not work. On the phone Barrons offered me no choices. They wouldn't even take it away and install a new one for pay. Barrons was not obligated to compensate me but they offered no solution. I bought a new one, same model brand new for $1600 + tax, with an automatic 1 year warranty. It was a bad idea to pay $1000 + tax for a used one. Dealing with Barrons was a total loss of over $1300. I'll never deal with them again, to risky. The service was fairly priced and prompt, but the skill level was questionable.
