Food fresh and delicious! Cute vendor stalls attached to the restaurant. Great stop from Savannah to Charlotte.

So glad to have found this place. The location is not traditional - but you come here for the food…read more The location: odd, its adjacent to a Gold's Gym that looks like it used to be an old hotel. The interior: it is clean, bright, lots of places to sit, about 4 TVs, kind of feels like a juice bar, yogurt place or cafe - maybe it's the bright green paint. The service: This is a family-run place by the same family that runs the Gold's Gym. They are super hospitable and take a lot of pride in their business. The service is casual, but great. Some of the servers also work at the gym, so don't get thrown off by the athletic gear. The food: Is fresh, delicious, cooked to order and there are both really filling and really healthy options. There is a diverse selection here: they have a coffee bar if you want espresso drinks, they have a juice bar, they have a sushi bar that serves really great sushi with very fresh fish, the sandwiches are delicious, the salads are crispy and filling, the hibachi is a great value and you can have it with salmon, steak, shrimp or chicken - all are great and the meat is tender. Drinks: they serve beer, wine and cocktails too! This place really has a great lineup of fresh and delicious food and drinks, and it is perfect for a casual lunch or dinner with friends or family. Very happy to have this option in Orangeburg!

The compliment stops there unfortunately because service has been inconsistent here. Sometimes I have got my food in 10-15 minutes, however there has been 2 instances where I waited for an hour for a few deli sandwiches. I understand that some places struggle to find help, but management should really find a way to address this for this place to thrive.

OMG ya'll, the tomato pie!! I am obsessed with tomatoes and I'm also from the Northeast where…read morenothing like this exists, so you can imagine my excitement to try it. And I'm happy to report that it exceeded my expectations! The slice of pie was HUGE (very tall) and it had some kind of a sauce/cheese combo on top of the tomatoes that was fantastic. Combined with the pie crust, it reminded me of a slice of Chicago deep dish pizza! My husband and I also shared the following: cinnamon rolls, salted caramel brownie and a white chocolate raspberry bread pudding muffin. All were huge, rich in flavor and very satisfying. I already can't wait to come back again! :)

The place is a nice sized neighborly cafe. The bakery display was very tempting, but I had to remind myself why I was here, TOMATO PIE!! Let me preface this by saying I'm from Charleston (lived here all my life except for 2 years), and I LOVE Tomato Pie. I was in utter shock when I saw how huge their Tomato Pie was. I ordered it to go and did not have it heated when ordered. I asked the gentlemen at the counter how he recommended heating it and he suggested in an oven over a microwave to keep the crust crisp. So that is how I heated it. For the cheese lovers this one is for you!! The cheese was a bit excessive and over powering for me. I did not like this tomato pie at all. It lacked flavor to me, and I'm usually one that believes seasonings should enhance the flavor of the food, not cover/overwhelm the palate. What I tasted was CHEESE, tomatoes and a bland crust. I saw the herbs/seasonings underneath the cheese, but did not taste it at all. To each their own, but this in no way tastes like the classic southern tomato pie I grew up loving. I gave a 3 because the menu had MANY options that looked appealing that I may go back to try.
