All of my questions were answered thoroughly, communication was timely and consistent, the schedule was adhered to, and I ultimately have the little water rocket back on the waves. Being a somewhat mechanically minded individual, it was also nice to be able to see the well used parts which were replaced during the recommended service interval for this extremely high output setup. A full discussion was also offered recapping the work and the outcome. All around, this was an exceedingly top notch experience in an industry which can oftentimes be cumbersome and frustrating to deal with.
