Though I may not have bought a car from them this go around, they were more then willing to share their time and expertise with me. THAT is what shows these are good people running a good honest business. Helping people near and far. Thank you Carroll's! I may not be able to give my business at the moment, but my support is here 100%

As I walk out into the showroom to look at vechicles out there I walked passed the service mangers office and saw he was sound asleep on his desk; I didn't know employee's got paid to sleep there!!

WHen I brought the paper work in, they said ""It's not in our budget to reimburse you ". After an engine light went on. I did t want to leave without having it checked. "We don't have time for you. Just drive it and make an appointment." End of lease I had new tires put on the car at a cost of $600. We live in Northern Maine and had snow tires put on for safety reasons. With less than 500 miles on the tires the inspector failed them because they weren't OEM. The finance company charged me $300 per tire for a total of $1200! These are the exact same brand that other Honda dealers put on their cars in winter here in Maine. Griffith Honda Dealership said "That's the rules." Overall very poor customer experience. They have lost a customer for a much smaller amount of cash than they would have gleaned from treating me fairly. 2/20/2020: After filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding the charge for the tires, Griffeth Honda waived the charge of $1200 for the tires.

It looked like we would be stuck until Tuesday. We found the nearest motel and thought we'd be there for at least two nights. We got a hold of Serge, who has a garage in the small town of Saint Leonard. He opened up shop just for us first thing Monday morning. Once he diagnosed the problem he ended up driving to the town over to pick up the parts he needed. Luckily he was friends with the part store owner, because they also opened up the shop just for us. He picked up the part, fixed our truck, and had us back on the road by 11am. Best of all, his price was absolutely unexpected. I would highly recommend this mechanic. Serge, thanks again for your help and kindness. We made it home safe thank to you. You're a good man.
