From the initial meeting all the way through picking up our final prints was organized and easy. We have a daughter entering her senior year of high school and she has social anxiety. It usually takes her quite a while to warm up to someone. The session she had with Kristine was spectacular. Kristine knew exactly how to make her comfortable and make the whole experience a positive one. My wife and I can tell how comfortable our daughter is based off her smile. We know when it is forced or faked and every one of her smiles was genuine. Kristine's work was absolutely phenomenal. She knew all the best places along the Clark Fork and in downtown Missoula to get the best pictures. We even had our dog for a portion of the session and that went wonderful. Our daughter had such an enjoyable time with her. We can't recommend Kristine enough. This is the last time we will need graduation pictures, but you can be assured if either of our kids get married in Western Montana, we will be using her.

My interaction was very different from what his declared area of expertise is but his work was so…read moreamazing, he should definitely consider adding it. I work in California for a small software company. One of our customers is a merchant in Havre and we wanted to shoot a video interview testimonial. As you might imagine, the number of listed videographers in Havre is fairly small so I called Todd to investigate. To be clear, he immediately told me this was not his expertise but he did have a journalism background and was willing to give it a try. I could tell from his manner (over the phone and email) that his level of integrity was high and we proceeded. Todd went over and above the call of duty. He went down early to make sure he was prepared for the lighting. The interview he performed was amazing and the merchant was incredibly happy to talk to him. More importantly, when the interview was shot, he immediately turned the assets around so we could meet our short timeline. Having said all this, if this is the level of work and professionalism from an area outside of Todd's expertise, I can only imagine how phenomenal the rest of his work is.
