We currently have North Coast hired to mow our yard, and seriously thinking about seeking another provider for this service. They were great at first, but lately the quality of service has declined. They go way too fast when mowing, and the lawn isn't getting cut properly. They don't take the time pick up any fallen debris from trees, instead just run over them with the lawn mowers and making a mess. They make hard turns with their mowers which is destroying the yard. For what we pay for this service, the value just isn't there. North Coast either needs to properly train their crew to do a more professional job, or we're going to take our business elsewhere.
EDIT: The lawn service we received yesterday was way much better than what we had recently. The crew slowed down the pace, and did a more thorough job. We are very pleased with the quick turnaround....THANK YOU! read more
