This is the first year I have used Garpiel Snow removal service and am very satisfied with their plowing. They come whenever it has snowed 2" or more and plow as well as shovel the driveway. I am not able to do the shoveling myself due to health reasons. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. I also noted that on every bad review here (and there are plenty) Amelia responds with a comment on why the customer is wrong....in some cases attempting to shame the customer- not surprising behavior for them albeit disgusting. So brace yourselves for a response to this review that will be designed to blame me and remove themselves from any responsibility. I spent close to $8,000 on a home landscape project that required my husband and I to redo the majority of. They were supposed to remove rocks and replace mulch, under a thin layer of mulch we found a couple more inches of rocks in many places. This is just an all around bad company with unethical customer service. They won't honor a warranty on products and just deny that a product is sick or dying. Eventually they will just stop taking your calls about their bad plantings. We have been asking for a refund on a service berry that has never had more than 20-25 leaves on it. They keep saying it's fine and they say they have come out to put "a wash" on it. Though I worked from home at the time and they never actually showed for several of these "washings". Their approach is to push you out past warranty and stop taking your calls. We asked them to replace the service berry or give a refund and they simply won't. (Even though they promised they would replace it if after the third summer it wasn't blooming). I guess business isn't good if they can't afford to replace a fairly affordable product. Do not use this place. Read all of the reviews. We don't want them back on our property and the only way they can make this better is if I open my mailbox and find a check for the price of the bush. I had a horrible experience with Garpiel group, my lawn is terrible. I spent close to $10,000 to get a new lawn. The 1st payment was sent in May 2023 and the job was started 12 weeks later (the original timeline was 5-6 weeks). I continued to get excuses, "it's too hot outside to start", "It's too dry", "It's too wet". They started during a rainy spell in August, which basically washed the seeds away. There is still a patches of old weeds around the house that they did not touch during the entire process. One quarter of my lawn is mud and portions of it is uneven and full of water. I have paid my entire invoice due to harassing phone calls (I wasn't going to pay the remainder of the bill, until I was satisfied with the services, but I didn't want to deal with them taking me to court). I wished they would have taken as much initiative to complete my job as they did for collecting the balance. They tell me I still have a warranty and they will watch my lawn when the weather breaks, but I have to sit and look at this muddy mess, IN THE FRONT, of my house every day. Please stay away from this company. My lawn care was ruined by them after I signed up for some treatment after their staff literally pushed me into it. So upset Called them multiple times. They kept saying sending someone which I'm sure they did and they knew they messed up.. That's the reason they don't want to service us anymore.. STAY AWAY PLEASE read more

They will scam you into signing a contract for an annual service when you think you're just signing for the one time. They make you pay for services at a house you don't even live at. Poor quality and customer service. Go with a different company. read more

I just had new landscaping done by Garpiel. Did excellent job helping me in my decision making and doing the work. Had a couple of issues but we were able to resolve them together to both our satisfactions. Great employees. Highly recommend read more

If I could give less than one star, I would. We had this group handle our Christmas lights for the year. They destroyed our lawn, took forever to claim responsibility/that they would fix it free of charge, and then have not taken down our lights yet (it's February). Do not use them!! read more

I called them for a quote in June 2021. The lady who returned my call took down my information and said someone would come out and give an estimate within one week. No one ever showed up. read more
