So heartbreaking! Did MHA really just not know there was no money? Why lead people on, send them on wild goose chases just to pull the rug out from underneath them at the last possible moment. They were unbelievably helpful and the apartment was nice, though the kitchen was small. My child and I made it our home and it was great. We stayed beyond our lease and would have stayed longer, but moved due to safety concerns regarding my spouse knowing our address. We moved into Orchard gardens which is run by Tamarack PM due to a limited income. This was the worst and tamarack was a nightmare. I missed how easy and on top of things MHA was for paperwork, rent, and maintenance; and generally all the help they offered. MHA is great and the people that work there really do care about you.
