On one instace I was waiting for my transaction to process and witnessed another customer being rude and short with the female staff member and the staff member never raised her voice or disrespected the customer. She calmly got a manager and helped the next customer. The only downside is that when you go to claim your merchandise you must pay cash. So remember to go in with the full amount you need to reclaim your item and bring the pawn ticket if possible!

This store was clean and nicely organized as has every other Cash America I've ever visited. The staff was helpful but not intrusive. Cash America is a big enough chain that I feel comfortable buying items knowing they back them with adequate guarantees and return policies. Just make sure you try what you buy right away. And never ever accept the posted price as the final one. Many items are priced the same as a new retail store. You have to offer lower and in my experience they will strike a bargain.

The taller man who seemed to be giving the bids on goods offered me a "courtesy" bid of $20 on ALL of my items. I will try and list pictures/links for as much merch as I need to prove my point. I brought my stuff packed in a double rifle case. It included a Magpul rifle sling, a ATI ghillie camo poncho, 2 boxes of shotgun ammo, and 11 different video games that were WII and Gamecube games. He said he couldn't offer me more on the case because they give them away. I understand.... I used to work in the industry. When we sold rifles/shotguns we would give away the single zipper cheap-o-depot rifle cases. This is not that..... I told the gentlemen that my rifle case was $120, he to my face said "No it's not." without even verifying on his computer.
