This company or the representatives at this location are unprofessional and rude. From the start things looked off. From the beginning an attitude was given immediately. First me and my fiancé rubbed it off, thinking maybe their having a bad day. However, every time we spoke to tour escrow officer, Raymond, for some reason he always had an attitude or snapped at us. This happened all for something that had nothing to do with us, but him and the realtor. There was a disconnect between them, yet we get treated horribly. In one of the instances, escrow failed to provide the instructions in order to proceed with the loan, a request was submitted to them. The loan officer and company didn't here from them for a whole week so we decide to call ourselves to find out what was going on. We spoke to Raymond and he was irritated when we asked for the conditions or paperwork to be followed up to proceed with the loan. If we would've not called, the processed would've been stalled. The process took longer than necessary because there was a disconnect between everyone, the title company, the loan officer, and the realtor. We are neither of them and it felt like we were all of them for things to get put together. Finally, we decide to cancel everything due to lack of execution in general. We decide to go back to the escrow company to pick up our Ernest Deposit and prior to arriving we called to ask at what time it would be okay to pick it up Raymond made a gesture and responds with "ugh."
I believe that in this type of environment you should always be professional, treat all members with respect, from realtors, buyers, sellers and/or whomever is part of the transaction. If you're unable to provide that great customer service and professionalism, you should probably reconsider your career and find something that doesn't involve human interaction. We wouldn't recommend doing business with this particular office. Think twice. read more
