One of our neighbors has three teenage kids who chain smoke right outside our front door. They cuss up a storm, play foul mouth music and even smoke pot out there on occasion. So that's fun to deal with. Oh and parking is horrible for residents much less overnight guests. And when it snows it's even worse. Speaking of snow; they only plow when we get 2" or more of snow. So if we get 1.5" one day, then nothing, then another 1.5" etc. the snow will pile up unplowed. This makes the parking lot either covered in ice or a slushy mess. People can't see the parking slots so at least one space is lost by bad parking jobs. But the sidewalks are usually clear at least. Oh and the trash pick-up should be contracted more frequently. The dumpsters are often overflowing. Especially the tiny one for mixed recyclables. The apartments are advertised as having heat included. I find this odd since the heaters are electric baseboard heaters and you are responsible for the power bill. Not sure how heat is included there. Even the water heater is electric. Lastly forget cell coverage. It's a black hole or gap here. Despite being close to the airport there just isn't a good signal ever. You'll need broadband and a cell booster.
