The manager for this apartment, and apparently a lot of Marshfield apartments, has horrible customer service and will likely cheat you. I called a couple months ago, filled out an application (had to pay a ridiculous fee), and waited another 2 months to hear back from him about an apartment. When he finally called, it was too late as I was otherwise going to be homeless, so I had to find another apartment to live in. Well, he ripped on me that I should have called earlier to cancel my application, and then hung up on me! Seriously, he's an asshole that you can also barely understand on the phone. He should have called me earlier, since he's the one that wants the money! Plus, they were going to charge an illegal in the State of Wisconsin "routine carpet cleaning fee" before I even moved in! I would STRONGLY recommend you take your business elsewhere. This place is a disgrace and they need to change management. I am telling everyone I know not to rent from Northern Management! read more
