This has led to a sagging and broken gate to get to my backyard. SO.....I reach out to Yelp and got a few quotes from a few different companies, obviously Brandon came out within a day, was professional and down to earth and told me the story of moving here and buying the business to turn it around for him and his family. We talked over the repair and what we needed to do to fix the problem. Then over the course of the next two weeks several follow ups, prep emails, and the quote all were delivered as well as follow ups regularly from Lexi (office manager). Brandons quote was over $1,800 less than some other companies (realizing some just charge an outrageous amounts for a small job) and so I gave him a shot....His crew showed up (with him also) yesterday and knocked it out in about 4 hrs. He didn;t get enough boards and had to make a few extra runs to get supplies for the proper job - but he never once made an excuses. By dusk last night it was done and works great. Was everything we talked about and on budget. I would HIGHLY recommend this business now under Brandons ownership and think you will have a great experience like I did if you give him a shot!

However, I am withholding one star from my final rating due to the two following reasons: * it took 3+ phone calls to their office before they finally came back to remove the pile of wood from the old fencing ... AND... * when deconstructing the old fence, they piled the old wooden planks on top of a kindling holder we had crafted months earlier (nothing fancy, just a DIY using a couple of cement blocks and wooden planks)... when they came back to remove the old wood, they inadvertently also hauled off our kindling holder (initially choosing to pile wood on top of it likely wasn't the best judgement call) Yet, despite these two hiccups, I WOULD STILL COMFORTABLY RECOMMEND Big Jerry's Fencing to anyone currently in the market for a fencing crew!
