I thought $75 was pretty expensive- we used the bikes the whole afternoon but if you were just wanting to borrow for a couple hours, I probably wouldn't have paid that. In addition, I didn't like that wearing the bike helmet was mandatory. It should be up to me to determine whether or not I want to take that risk.

I also was having trouble with my front break chattering and needed replacement cover for my charger port. The young man (I won't name) sold me the ramp but refused to install it for me unless I would agree to crawl under my vehicle, unlock my rack and bring it inside where it was cool so he could install the ramp brackets inside the store. He informed me "it's too hot out here and I'm not going to get all sweety so you have to bring your rack inside". I am 80 years old and was not able to remove my bike rack so I stood in the sun on 94 degree day and installed the ramp brackets myself. Great service guys! I also had to make four trips as well because of bad information given about wrench size and the fact that they needed a key (informed after I got to work.) When I got home and on the trail my front break had the very same chattering problem. I'm not giving up just yet because they are the only game in town for Specialized bike repair.

The one they had you have to peddle to go anywhere and we ended up going 16 miles roundtrip. They have"peddle assist" but if you don't peddle than you don't go anywhere. I really didn't like that part. The main guy there was kind of grumpy also. So I rented a bike for 3 hours and it was $39 with $7.50 taxes, totaling $46.50.
