I had missed so many others since October out of reebok going through the procedure. The staff here made me feel comfortable to come in and get my cavity filled and I am proud to say that I will keep coming back for cleanups and checkup. It really does matter about people because even tough I am covered by insurance for dental work, I hate to feel like people are just out for your money. Really nice people. . I would recommend this dental office to anyone.

I'll be honest that I chose this dentist primarily because it's where my parents have been going. Having experienced Dr. Giri work, I easily recommend this dentist to friends and family. Dr. Giri is an experienced, professional dentist. I felt he was thorough and attentive during my complete exam, and he was easy to talk to. I didn't feel at any time that he was trying to sell me anything, and he understood the fact that I hadn't been to the dentist in years. (He made me feel as a patient and not just a customer) I had two fillings done and a light cleaning since he noticed that I was using an electric toothbrush (thank you Sonicare) and showed me where I could actually improve my dental hygiene to avoid more fillings. After years of hating the dental experience I have finally found a place that is not 'fast food' dentistry and is a place I feel comfortable, relaxed, and well taken care of.

He genuinely cares about me and is an experienced professional I trust for consistent quality and service. This is why I have followed him from one location to the next, no matter where I live. I highly recommend Dr. Giri if you're looking for a friendly and proficient dentist who provides the best customer experience you can imagine.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating, I always feel like my teeth are cleaned properly and that they are looking out for me, and they make sure to remind me when I have an appointment. I started going to Dr Yu after my other dentist missed a HUGE problem that had been going on for years. The damage in the end was quite bad and I required surgery. No one noticed it until I came here, and they helped me fix it. That deserves 5 stars alone. Location is in Bridlewood mall, by the library, in that hallway past the food court.

When I called initially to inquire about registering as a new patient, Chau was very nice and understanding on the phone, answering any questions I may have, and following up with me to ensure that all my insurance documents and forms will be set before my appointment. There is a New Patient Form on their website that you just have to complete before the appointment to save time. When I arrived at their office for my appointment, I immediately noticed the cleanliness and neatness of the place. There's Nintendo Wii and Xbox stations for kids, large TV, lots of seating at the waiting room, good lighting, really great set-up over-all, a very welcoming atmosphere. Just about 3 minutes after I arrive for my 10AM appointment, I was then greeted by Daisy, a dental hygienist. She asked me first of all if I have any immediate concerns with my dental health, and the main reason for my visit. I told her I do want to register, and that I have not gone to the dentist in at least 8 years.. yikes! During the comprehensive exam, before Daisy proceeded with each test, she would explain to me the process first, and what needs to be done. After showing me the results of my photos and x-rays, she gave me advice on how to maintain good dental health, and also what procedures I had to go through to fix some very few issues with my teeth. Oh, and here's the best part. There are 2 TVs in the room! One on the wall for when you're sitting up, and one on the ceiling right in front of you for when you're laying down, so you can watch TV and distract yourself during cleaning or any procedure they are doing. The whole time I was holding the remote control... nice.. well, in my opinion that distracted me and made me feel a little less crazy and distracted from all the drilling I can hear. Dr. Daniel dropped by for a few minutes, introduced himself, again made me feel comfortable and ran some quick checks as well. He has a very soothing voice and a very friendly smile, again making me feel calm. After the appointment, I was given a bag of goodies.. YAY! I have another appointment coming up in a week, and I am sure it will be as great as this one! I highly recommend ForestBrook Dental. I already convinced my husband to sign-up as well. They do take care of all the paperwork regarding insurance, and as a patient, I feel very well-informed about what needs to be done next in my dental care plan.
