Had not had a ticket in over a year and when I added the 5th car instead of giving me a discount for having them over 4 years, they gave me the highest quote and increased insurance on all the cars. When I asked them to explain, they acted like complete incompetent idiots. They are the worst and I will make sure to give them a horrible review with all my friends, co-workers and anyone I meet and get a chance to talk to. I work full time, do school and the last thing I want is to unnecessarily pay a high amount with out even the decency to get a discount after so many years and so many cars added on.
