I contacted them right away and asked them to correct it. They told me it would take 2-3 days, even though this kind of change is usually done the same day. Four days later I called again -- they told me to wait a bit more. In total, they have been unable to fix this basic information for three weeks now, and every time I call I hear the same empty promises. Meanwhile, they call often about payment for the insurance. But when I ask why I should pay for a policy that, in reality, I still don't have, they have no answer. They say they'll call me back, but they never do. I strongly do not recommend this company. I've had a many good conversations with my State Farm agent and she has really looked our for my interest to ensure I am covered properly. It's not just a jingle friends Statefarm really is there. In a world with so many choices and so many agents trying to get your business promising you the world, it's soothing to know that there are agents who will not only get you good rates, but give you caring good service like Anna does, as well (not just when they are threatened to lose your business).
