We have recently been in contact with Norgans regarding a housemove, and we have been really impressed with them. They are very honest, which is an admirable quality in Estate Agents today. They have been very upfront with us about the true value of our property & the poor state of the market at the moment. They have also been very factual and honest when we've enquired about properties they are selling - they don't sugar coat things, or make houses seem better than they actually are, which is good because it means they don't waste time. In total, we have had 5 separate estate agents round to value our house, and Norgans stood out as the best by far. There was something very good about them, they seem more professional than the others somehow. Their fees are also quite low as well at 1.5% read more
