I go to Norfolk collegiate and I used to go to public school. My parents and I thought it would be very different. The only thing different is that there is more homework and the lunch is different. I am learning things already that I have learned in lower grades at my old public school.
The real reason I am giving my school one star is because there is a lot of bullying going on. Involving me and many other students. I am the type of person to go to the staff to tell about bullying such as the guidance counselor, principal, and the dean of students. I went many times in the past year but nothing was ever solved. I have gone maybe 3-4 times this year and nothing is being solved. This year about me and other students getting bullied. Last year my mother called and that's when they actually handled it. If you are bringing your child to Norfolk collegiate for no bullying your gonna get a lot of it. And if your getting bullied bad the school will do nothing about it. They put online that they have 0% bullying, but that is not the truth. The school acts as if there is no bullying but two years a lot of kids were physically bullied by someone such as getting pushed into lockers and the school has covered it up. So I recommend to not bring your child to Norfolk collegiate because it is not a good environment to keep your child happy. read more
