My family has a big yard and lot so it is important to cover the whole area. You want the lights to be uniform and we have had a great looking light set up each time by Christmas King's! I find that the staff listens and documents my request down to the detail. There have been a few times I called back to make changes. They are willing and flexible to make those last minute changes. The quality of their products and lights are very good from what I have seen and they don't seem to be cheap like some of their competitors. The prices have changed but what do you expect with inflation and you get what you pay for. Right? So I always have a motto that goes like this: "He who buys cheap, buys often" The prices reflect the quality and excellent customer service. I say go with Christmas Kings when you need this type of service! You won't go wrong and you will be getting the job done RIGHT the first time!!

Last year we had some minor issues: it rained quite a bit and they didn't protect the sockets or outlets so the lights stopped working a few times until they came out to fix them. Also the installers, with the exception of this year, aren't the tidiest and have left broken bulbs throughout the yard and on the roof. I scheduled my appointment super early this year and had the lights installed in the beginning of November. The exterior of my home was left incomplete along with a large tree that was never started. I was told that they ran out of working lights. I refused to pay in full that day (they did ask), instead I paid half. They never came back to finish the work, nor did they return my calls or e-mails. I even sent photos from previous years so the techs could see exactly where they missed lights. Then last week they finally contact me to tell me the remaining balance on my account is due. I explained to Lily that the work was never finished. I also told her how disappointed I was in their lack of service this year, especially being a returning customer. They took $250 off the bill. I felt it should have been more. I definitely won't be using them again. It's a shame too because I was referring them to all of my neighbors.
