Last year we had some minor issues: it rained quite a bit and they didn't protect the sockets or outlets so the lights stopped working a few times until they came out to fix them. Also the installers, with the exception of this year, aren't the tidiest and have left broken bulbs throughout the yard and on the roof. I scheduled my appointment super early this year and had the lights installed in the beginning of November. The exterior of my home was left incomplete along with a large tree that was never started. I was told that they ran out of working lights. I refused to pay in full that day (they did ask), instead I paid half. They never came back to finish the work, nor did they return my calls or e-mails. I even sent photos from previous years so the techs could see exactly where they missed lights. Then last week they finally contact me to tell me the remaining balance on my account is due. I explained to Lily that the work was never finished. I also told her how disappointed I was in their lack of service this year, especially being a returning customer. They took $250 off the bill. I felt it should have been more. I definitely won't be using them again. It's a shame too because I was referring them to all of my neighbors.

I called and they corrected the problem the next day. They also replaced a few Broken bulbs and left 3 so that I could replace the lower one I could reach. I called again this year and the crew arrived on time and began the work. I requested bulbs again be left so I could replace any that went out. The crew left without leaving any bulbs. First night 4 lights out. I called the office Friday and they stated they would be out Saturday or Sunday at the latest. No call No show. I called again Monday morning and they apologized and stated they would be out that day. Again NO CALL, NO SHOW. Service after the sale is poor. Living in new community her in Ontario I have posted a recommendation on the community website. Unfortunately, this will be changed as this company isn't the cheapest in town, but their service was much better last year. Very disappointed in their lack of response. At $450.00 I expect more.
