When we move to Idaho, we hooked up with Norco again and we're always happy with them, their service, their friendliness. And then the VA decided to go with a different carrier. The same one we had not liked in Oregon. We were not happy with them. We expressed that to the VA numerous times. And we were so happy this week when we learned that that VA had gone back to Norco. And Thomas came out to change things out and he is so helpful and so nice and it just makes our hearts feel good to be able to be back with Norco. Three sleep studies later and a switch between CPAP and BiPap, then the CRT put the machine on CPAP Flex (which wasn't ordered) and 3 phone calls between the pulmonologist and the CRT who admitted a bias against BiPap I went back to BiPap the pressures were finally correctly adjusted. Then no one billed Medicare correctly after the 90-day period. I turned in the machine on 3-12-20 picked up my medical records (which did not include the EOB of the said Medicare denial) and took them to Bellvue. I hope they can straighten out this mess because what I expected from NWRM was transparency, competency, and service to wit I got none of the three. I cannot recommend NWRM for respiratory services with the present CRT and their lack of ability to bill correctly.

Then I called back, waited 1 hr and 45 min, automated system told me there was one person ahead of me, THEN HUNG UP ON ME!!!!! I need to transfer my prescription to my California pharmacy and my pharmacy will not process it until it is canceled at this Walgreens pharmacy. I am currently two days behind on a very needed medication and I am feeling the health effects of it. I am beyond enraged. I don't know what to do. My doctors office said they cannot do anything until I personally cancel this prescription with this pharmacy. How is this pharmacy in business with all of these bad reviews? !!????!

It has taken me 4 minutes to get through the review process; I have now been waiting for 34 minutes. It's now been 55 minutes, and I am still on hold. I have done other work things, put them on hold to make phone calls for my job and still haven't been able to talk to someone. I am so glad that I can waste so much time. It says there is still 1 caller ahead of me. 1 hour in and I can't handle it anymore. I will transfer elsewhere.
