We approached her to be our agent for us as she appeared to us to be the sales leader of the Milford Shoreline and even has a Luxury Waterfront Division. Given our lengthy search up until that point, and our super picky home requirements, I told her I would be her most difficult customer ever. From that day on, she was always so positive that she would find us our dream home. Shortly after starting to work with her, we gave her a list of homes that we were attracted to based on our research and she did a mailing to those homeowners to see if they would sell. During our search, we often would get frustrated that we weren't finding what we were looking for, but her never ending positivity pumped us up and kept us focused on the search. Well, she delivered on her promise to find us our dream home and we are so happy! Not only are we happy to have found this dream home, and helped us get it for a great price, but we now have Stacy as our neighbor = triple win! Since we were so super satisfied with her team in our search for a new home, we decided to list our then current home in Shelton with Stacy Blake Realty as well. Her marketing and negotiation skills on our sale resulted in us selling for much over asking price! Stacy Blake Realty, LLC is a family driven organization which results in a more personalized, non-sterile corporate type treatment. Stacy is the hardest working broker/agent in the field who always has your best interests in mind and in her big heart. Her knowledge of the neighborhoods is unparalleled because she has sold so many properties in those neighborhoods over the years. In fact, I believe she has sold some of the same homes, multiple times! She somehow finds the time in a 24 hour day to give all her customers such fantastic personal service and attention. You will be glad if you decide to work with the family at Stacy Blake Realty, LLC.

Sale made very difficult by lackluster and borderline unethical buyer agent from an independent agency. Matt came in clutch when overly demanding buyer attorney would not release funds in a timely manner (his client was unable to close on agreed upon date - closed 6 days later - funds were held over 15 hours of release from their bank). WARNING: PREDATORY PRACTICES…read more Do not engage in business with Keller Williams Prestige Properties. They are deceptive and unethical. We were in the process of purchasing a home. Upon finding a house, our realtor presented us with an "EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO REPRESENT BUYER" contract. We were told we had to sign the contract in order to move forward with the purchase of the home. Our realtor misled us to believe that if the deal on the house did not go through, we had the option to terminate the contract. The house fell through after inspections, and we reached out to our realtor to terminate the contract at which time he directed us to his broker - again implying the contract could be terminated. We reached out to the lead broker who identified himself as the Brokerage owner (owner of the Keller Williams Fairfield franchise / Broker / Operating Principal). The broker refused to terminate due to an office "policy" he himself had created - refusing to explain the reasoning or purpose of the policy. We shared that we had no visibility or knowledge of the policy ahead of signing and were led to believe there was an option to terminate - as communicated to us by the realtor and language in the contract. Throughout this exchange with the broker, he outlined options to move forward; 1) To find another realtor within his brokerage - we shared that we are no longer comfortable doing business with Keller Williams given the deceptive and unethical way in which they have handled our business, 2) We could find a realtor outside of Keller Williams then connect the broker with this individual and the broker would negotiate a referral deal/payment and give our agreement rights to the new realtor. Quite frankly, option 2 was extortive in nature. Do not do business with these folks. If you are about to sign a contract with them, get everything they tell you in writing because they will not honor their word. It means nothing to them. I had a question about the lease and he pressured me to sign quickly, because he "had so many people who wanted the apartment." Furthermore, he advertised the apartment as a 2 bedroom when one room has no windows so cannot be considered a 2 bedroom. I was desperate as I had to start a new job in a week but I will never work with him or Keller Williams again. It was not a warm experience. I'll be buying soon and would never go back to this realtor or KW.

The maintenance group was also very helpful. The grounds always looked nice and the common areas were well kept. I loved our Acadia apartment! The layout was very spacious and more than enough room for us. The floors and appliances were all in great shape. We had a balcony overlooking the dog park, which our pup loved! My only complaint would be that I wish there was a kitchen pantry, but the number of cabinets made up for it. The location is also awesome. You are on the same road as TJ Maxx, Edge Fitness, Bank of America, multiple grocery stores, and a few great local ice cream shops and restaurants. I commuted into New Haven and it was very easy. Definitely consider The Mark if you are looking for a nice apartment complex in the area!
