Small, intimate and beautifully decorated. Bringing Thai street food to Gainesville. Excellent service and food. I had the Basil Fried rice with chicken. Being a first timer I cautiously ordered mild. I will bump that up a notch next time. My daughter had the Thai style pho. My wife had basil eggplant with beef. The aromas were inticing and all three dishes were great. We also share a spring roll appetizer. Around $70 before tip for three adults,and worth doing again when I'm in the area. read more

Oh my gosh!! Finally Gainesville has an authentic Thai restaurant! Dream come true. I haven't had Thai this good in this area since I lived in Seattle- so spoiled there. I've missed the distinct delicious sauces made authentically there + this place does it right! We ordered the pad Thai + cashew nut- both were absolutely delicious! There is some light breading on the cashew nut that was a little different but it was very good. Good service too- only thing I would change is offering napkins. Very cute interior + there are tables, string of lights outside + a grassy area all the customers at any of the local spots can use together! The food is good. If I return, I'll only get take-out. The owner needs to work on training/getting the staff up to speed. The waitress didn't know what came with a a few dishes. We had to ask her to go ask the cook. I heard someone order then later the same waitress had to come back and say we don't have that for lunch, it's from a dinner menu. No pointing out, what's lunch or dinner. A couple came in at lunch closing but they were seated. Another couple was right behind them, then turned away. Then someone came out to tell the seated couple that had been waiting, they were closed. I guess they close between lunch and dinner which is confusing for customers. They were nice...just seems like some processes need to be refined. Food was great though and I'm glad to see more Asian options in Gainesville. read more

I am absolutely disgusted by what I witnessed at this restaurant. The cook walked into the bathroom wearing his full cooking apron and the same gloves he uses to prepare food. He didn't remove anything before entering, and he came out still wearing the same apron and gloves as if nothing happened. To make it even worse, I also saw him step outside to smoke while still wearing the exact same apron and gloves. Then he went right back to handling food. This is a major health and hygiene issue. It shows a complete lack of cleanliness and respect for customers. Until they take proper sanitation seriously, I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Food was fantastic! The servers were wonderfully nice. My daughter had recently had knee surgery and was in a brace and on crutches and a storm was coming in when we were leaving. The staff helped to get her out to the vehicle and offered plastic bags to keep her dry. They went above and beyond. We brought home leftovers because even the lunch portions were huge! The food and service was great. This was almost good as my aunt's who is thai. I had the spring rolls, Drunken noodles with shrimp and both were very good. I even ordered some Larb for lunch the next day. I couldn't leave without checking it out and to be honest it was the best I have had in long. The food was amazing, and so was the service! Wow, we really didn't expect it to be this good. I'd easily recommend the dishes we tried (all were delicious): Steamed dumplings, Pad Thai, Coconut soup, and Massaman curry. The presentation of the food was so nice and the service was wonderful!
