I haven't even place an order and right from the email response I can tell they don't need the business. Leiman email response was very disappointing right after I had to contact them since I didn't got any pricing for a project after 3 weeks wait time even though they told me they will contacted me after couple of days. Be aware of this if you decide to use this business services read more

I'm a little late on writing this review but I got my cards printed here a few months ago after getting a really bad print job somewhere else. I turned to Nonstop Printing because I had used them in the past when I worked for an arts org. The artwork submission process was very simple, customer service was felt personal and organic. I had slight design issues that I didn't catch until I saw the proof and they kindly fixed them for me. I was having issues with the online payment feature and they really asked me for feedback in regards of improving their site to be more user-friendly, which tells me that they care about their customers. Turnout was very fast. The finishing product was gorgeous, I couldn't be happier with my business cards and I have gotten compliments on the print quality left and right. This is not a cheap print job but you really get what you pay for. Thank you Nonstop Printing! read more

Nonstop Printing - Printing Services Near Me - Vista, California

Lots of value, from a quality, service experience and pricing standpoint. Would recommend to others and come back. Worked with Nonstop on a small batch art-driven order (we created maps of Los Angeles) that required a lot of finesse with the quality of print (was trying to replicate the higher print quality of the more expensive off-set printer, using the more cost effective laser indigo printer) while also trying to discover the right paper weight that would fold several different directions without cracking. Nonstop & their manager, Leiman really got behind the project, helping to think through each step and run test prints at critical milestones. We exchanged files using google drive and they were on top each iteration & were transparent around what could be achieved and when (to accommodate deadlines of other larger projects). They were truly great thought partners and the project came in at a very competitive price. I look forward to reaching out to them for my next project! read more

Before I go praising how Nonstop Printing ultimately at the end came through with flying colors -- the beginning was absolutely rough. Lost information, lack of communication, no one was informed -- plain mess and a completely frustrating experience. With that said, Leiman personally gave me a call and apologized for the lack of service, became my point of contact throughout the process. Turned a production time of which should've normally taken at least 3-4 weeks, into a 1 week production time with no additional fees. Helped me with my proof and even came back to me saying a few of my photos were too blurry for print. Even though the beginning was rough, the way Leiman came through after and fixed everything -- truly does deserve the 5 stars! read more

Nonstop printed a small artbook for me. The quality is terrific, they were very friendly and responsive: a pleasure with which to work. A hard proof was provided, allowing for changes to be made before moving on to the final print run. Tim at Nonstop made some helpful suggestions to ensure no problems would arise with the layout. I picked up the books yesterday and they look terrific. I'm very happy with the service and quality of the product I received. read more

Given the comparatively exorbitant prices of many bridal boutiques and even some custom print shops, my fiancé and I opted to create our own design for an invitation and an RSVP postcard to be rendered at a professional printing house. In my effort to meet graphic and print standards, I ended up- quite needlessly using nearly a dozen graphic layout and design applications imported and exported From one version to another. In short, my draft was something of a convoluted mess, and I had already passed the mailing date When I discovered Nonstop, everything fell into place immediately. I was contacted with a timely quote and connected with a real person who remained my contact for entire order. Nonstop greatly exceeded their already impressive reputation online, going so far as to stay after hours to print our invitations, so they might go out on time. (this was not a particularly large or expensive order, yet It was treated with as much significance. "Emmy" handled our order quickly, efficiently, accurately and warmly. The quote was the lowest we had received and the work- superior, fixing color and layout problems I never identified. I often intend to write good reviews when I receive exceptional service, but somehow I never found the time. And with the big day a few short weeks away I really don't have the time to write this, but for the service they provided- that would be unconscionable. we most certainly will be back. read more

The print quality and finished job was acceptable. But the process of getting my job going was confusing and a pain. First off I was quoted a completely different price over the phone then in person. Secondly, nobody told me I had to submit payment using their janky online system BEFORE production starts. Nobody told me this and a couple hours before I was supposed to pick up my prints they told me they hadn't started. They also told me I couldn't pay in store, I had to pay on the phone or online. Like I said, the print quality was fine, but the business feels outdated, unprofessional, and aimed at students not professionals. I won't go back here. read more

Lets recap my experience. I walked in on a sunny, beautiful Friday, with my PDF file ready to go for those potentially awesome business cards I was about to pay several hundred dollars for. A young man greeted me warmly, took my file and info, but said that the only person who could fulfill an order was the sole manager on site, and he was currently "backed up," and could not take my order. They instructed me to come back the following week and try again. Thank you sir, but my life should not revolve around your schedule seeing as I AM THE CUSTOMER. Okay they said. They will email me first thing Monday morning to complete the order. Monday goes by and nothing. Tuesday goes by and nothing. Finally, I'm able to squeeze in a minute to stop by again. The manager greets me politely, but again he is "backed up with so many orders," he cannot fulfill my request at the moment. He said he would email me by the end of the day and start working on the cards. A few minutes before closing time, I get an email that they are "ready" to "accept" my payment. How kind of you to "allow" me to hand over $200. Then comes the glitch on the file (their doing, not mine), so it was delayed another day. Then the final completion was delayed another week because, again, they are "backed up" (funny how they're ALWAYS backed up considering their name is NONSTOP). Also would not accept my perfectly valid Yelp deal. I never felt welcome here, from the moment I walked in. Its like I was a burden for them, and they barely mustered the energy to help me. The ONLY reason this isn't a 1 star is that the cards themselves are decent. I hate leaving poor reviews. Look at my history, and the majority are positive experiences. I never enjoy expressing disappointment with any business, but this place is just asking for it. Bad business and bad karma. Very disappointed with their business practices and will go elsewhere next time. read more

I came to these guys for a work project in October - needed a couple thousand one sided 5x7 programs turned around in an afternoon and they did it in an hour. Great work - very very efficient. Will definitely be using them more often! read more

Very professional team. My business cards and postcards were very high quality. I felt very proud at my last trade show to hand them out. Thank you! read more

I am a 3D artist/illustrator. I found this place in March 2013, I needed a rush on printing a pretty elaborate business card design. Their customer service and equipment are outstanding. Delivered on time and flawless. Colors were 100% accurate and even, cards were cut straight and everyone was super helpful. This place will always have my business for all my printing needs. The quality of service here is refreshing and very much appreciated. Thank you. read more

Sent them a very basic and straight-forward quote request via email. They never responded.

I've been using Nonstop Printing for my job and they've been nothing but great people to work with. Their service is top notch, and prices are reasonable. If something doesn't work out, they will give you solutions and are always honest. They've called when they're behind and that's totally fine, at least we know they're on top of things. We've been working with them for nearly a year and have not been disappointed. If you want great service for an affordable price and great quality, you should definitely contact them. read more

Fantastic place. We came in first thing in the AM with a 12-page comic that needed to be printed SAME DAY. I hadn't done any layout and also needed some text to be added on the back pages. Leiman gathered all the elements, showed us paper samples, asked a few questions, and told us a draft would be ready that afternoon. Draft was ready on schedule. There were a couple small changes to be made, which Leiman made sure he was clear on before we left. A few hours later, we came back to pick up the finals. Not only did they look excellent, but Leiman gave us five extra copies, just in case, free of charge. The whole experience was professional, fast, and resulted in a great looking product. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to others. read more

Nonstop Printing saved our asses today. We came to them last minute with 3 hours to spare looking for custom hard bound books to be printed by 1PM. These guys didn't even bat an eye, they were super nice and completely nailed it. The books turned out absolutely amazing and were a huge success at our meeting. We will definitely be back, I'm sure we will be regulars. I would highly recommend them and specifically Leiman for any printing needs (personal or corporate). read more

I can't comment on the printing because I didn't get that far. The customer service was so bad, it took over a week of calling them multiple times to get an estimate, then couldn't get anyone to call me back in a timely fashion to start my order. Went to SLB and got an estimate in 20 mins, and a better deal! The poster looks amazing too! By the time Nonstop called me back, my first order at SLB was done! Nonstop must have big clients cause they sure didn't care about my business. Oh well. I'm good! read more

Print quality is great. However, they're often not ready at the scheduled pickup time. Even if I call to confirm when I'm picking up an order, I end up standing around for 20 minutes. read more

I've been using Nonstop for our company's brand materials and other print odds and ends for almost a decade. I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else. They're incredibly consistent from a quality and customer service stand point. They're most excellent. read more

I went here to print a book of my poems. They were very helpful and printed my book extremely fast.

We had our Save the Dates for our wedding printed here, and had a wonderful experience. The staff was consistently prompt, polite, and friendly over phone calls, email, and in person. And the turn around was great too, only a few days from start to finish. My husband even used to work at a print shop, and even he was impressed. They even went out of their way to work with us when it turned out we needed to order extra. We will definitely be returning to them for any future printing needs, and I would recommend them without hesitation. read more

Blown away by the professionalism and how they handled my timely sitch. Was proud to hand out my same day biz cards. They looked amazing!

Punctual, professional, friendly, and inexpensive. Doesn't get better than that for a print shop.

These guys are the BEST. I needed to print a thousand posters and they were able to take on the task. The posters turned out great and the turn around time was solid. The team clearly cares about getting it right. I'm happy to go back to them in the future. read more

Great prices. Friendly staff. Quick turnaround. Quality work.

Just wanted to update this review to say that 4 years later, Nonstop Printing is still the best. I started going there when I was printing small postcards runs for indie theater productions and I use them now to print 1,000s of event promo postcards. Always great work, fast service, good prices, nice people. read more

"As good as it gets" is right! They helped me select the right paper for my project and were just super encouraging the whole way through. Gina, was excellent and positive. The price was amazing for the quality. The quality was amazing at any price. I'm so happy I found this place! read more

Non-stop printing is such an amazing print shop. If you need a project done right and extremely fast, they are the go to place. All my projects were delivered ahead of schedule and the print quality was beautiful. Even a few thousand complex die cut mailers were turned around in four days. Incredible. I've worked/spoken with Leiman, Kenneth, Gina, and Alaina - every single person was helpful and professional. They went above and beyond when my client needed an emergency pickup after hours and they were able to accommodate. Highly recommend this print shop. read more

They printed my circular business cards super quickly, and they came out exactly as I ordered them! I've already started recommending Nonstop to friends. They were also extremely nice - yay! Thank you. read more

Refused to print a poster for an art exhibition that included tasteful nudity (not pornography). Polite request for additional information about why they would not print was ignored. Denied request for a referral for a printer who could handle job. I suspect that if the nude figure was a woman, this wouldn't be a problem... a customer service rep indicated as much on the phone. Some people might call it homophobia, but you can decide for yourself. I suspect I dodged a bullet - called a friend and told them what happened and he mentioned that a number of mutual friends had awful work done here and went elsewhere for subsequent print jobs (somewhere in Eagle Rock). read more

Tim is a HERO! Seriously, you don't need to go ANYWHERE else to print. And trust me - I've talked with just about every printer in LA County. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new business cards!!!!!!! I am not kidding or exaggerating. I have a glorious, clear color photo on one side and then the other side is my contact info and the look and feel of the whole card is beautiful, classy and professional. I did same day turnaround and it ended up being about the same price as if I did the process online but... I got to receive my proof in my hands and hold it as I reviewed it and approved of it, all right there in the store, minutes after I gave them the files!!! It was so fast and easy and I was also guided to the perfect card stock. Then I came back later that day and picked up my new gorgeous cards!! I am truly beyond pleased with the quality of work and the super supportive and helpful staff at Nonstop. THANKS Nonstop and Adriana and Leiman!!! If you have printing needs, do the in town thing and GO THERE!!! read more
