They immediately answered and after I explained my situation, the gentleman said he could be here in 15 minutes with the jumper I want, just to go on their website and pick one. He stayed on the phone with me while I looked to answer any questions I had. Arrived 15 minutes later, setup quick and saved the day. Because of the rain in the forecast, we were trying to find a good solution, and Angel responded to me immediately. She was so easy to communicate with. I tried sending her a picture of last year's setup, but it wouldn't go through, so she even gave me her personal number (and thankfully she had an iPhone, yay!) so I could send it directly. She was incredibly gracious and had some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. She asked thoughtful questions and really tried to help me figure out what would work best for our event. The pricing was also very reasonable, $350 for a 20x40 tent for the day, plus service fees and taxes. Honestly, that's extremely affordable. Unfortunately, since our event is for a nonprofit, it ended up being outside our budget this time, so we weren't able to move forward with the rental. BUT I absolutely plan to come back to Fran Kid Jump in the future. If I ever need a tent for an event, especially one that might get rained on, I will be reaching back out to Angel. Abby and her team are great to work with and provide clean, safe and sturdy bounce houses. I could tell by the care they took to set up and tear down the bounce house that their product was going to be top tier. I thought I was OCD with cleaning but they made sure the tarp was laid out perfectly, they carefully rolled out/up the bounce house, they wiped down the bounce before and after, and they put it away very neatly where it needed to be. The way they treated their equipment and me was a direct reflection of the people they are. Don't shop around, just rent from them!
