They returned my call within a day and said they would come to my house to see if it would fit! How many bounce house rental places do that! The answer is NONE! He called me within minutes of leaving my house saying what bounce houses were available but they were ones I didn't want :( Not only was I impressed with that, but if you rent on a Sunday, they bring it on Saturday giving you a whole day free AND his prices are extremely low with no delivery fee! I have never experienced this level of service from a bounce house rental company... They even disinfected the entire bounce house in front of us before the party! I would recommend this company to anyone who asks... as long as they don't want the same rental I want on the same day (just kidding... kind of) We got the "Fortress Combo With Dual Slide and Cotton Candy Machine" for my daughters 5th birthday. And it was a hit! It easily fit the 11 kids that we had. They had so much fun cycling through the jump area and slides (many slide races)... thank goodness we had the sugar in the cotton Candy to keep the kids going! The adults took their turn in it after the kids were done, and I am pretty confident when I say that we had just as much (maybe even more) fun as the kids! For the cotton Candy machine- adults definitely need to make the cotton Candy... it was a little Difficult at first, but once we got it figured out it was great! We had a lot of fun using it... and now it has become a requested staple of birthdays... yes after only one time! Again: great products, excellent service from genuinely nice people. I think everyone should give them a shot!
