My dad first started renting jumpers for my daughters birthdays and I continued the tradition so to speak by doing so again for my daughter's birthday party. I had left my information online for a call back and got one right away. I was given good info during the call and the gal I talked to let me view online the available jumpers before I placed the order. I got an email confirming right after we hung. I changed my mind about the jumper a couple minutes later to another style and when I called back, the same person was super nice about letting me change jumpers. I got a confirmation call the day before (thank you) and the morning of the delivery I got a prompt call from the driver Omar that he would be there at 7am. He was there at 7 as promised with the jumper and two bench/tables. He was very nice as he came in and set up. All the kids had a great day jumping around and being silly and everyone had more then enough space to sit and eat. Thank you for another great experience. Definitely a five star rating. From the moment I called, someone answered the phone and was very knowledgeable and quick to get everything I needed and handled business so efficiently. Then I got a call the night before as a reminder and the morning of to give me a 30 to 45 minute warning that they were coming. Even the staff that set it up was very kind & gracious. The kids LOVED LOVED LOVED the jumpers. It was a great price and perfect size for them. They even added Frozen on one of the jumpers for my daughter because she wanted a Frozen birthday. I celebrated both my 4 year old girl and my 12 year old sons birthday together so they came and set it up so quickly and took it down just as fast. Very amazing experience. I spoke to Danielle to reserve the 4n1 dry combo for my sons 7th birthday party. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I told her is was in a large grass area in our community she was able to confirm the best time would be 12pm-7pm and the price for a generator. When Kylen arrived he was friendly and fast. He explained how to refill the generator and just in case if I had any questions or concerns he left his cell number. The whole community started to come out to bring their kids in the jumper. Some of the neighbors have lived here for more than 10 years and never thought they could use the grass area. I raved on about the great price and all the different themes they have available to rent. I know we will use this company again and my neighbors are already planning their kids birthdays as well. Very happy with the experience. Reserving the slide was quick and easy. They made everything simple to understand and painless. Delivery and pick up was fast and great thanks to Jack! The slide was huge and SO much fun! We needed up kicking the kids off after a few hours so the adults could get on! We reserved the water slide for my son's 1st birthday and are so happy with the customer service we received. We rented out the 45ft girls bounce house with obstacle course. Kids had a blast with this bouncer. And they also had concession machines. We got the snow cone and popcorn machine. Everyone here helpful from booking to delivery to when they pickup. Will recommend to everyone. read more
