We ordered a snow cone machine and pop corn machine for a community party. One of the doors on the pop corn machine was missing a latch to keep it closed, needless to say it made a mess. The snow cone machine worked intermittently. Very disappointed. read more

They have a large selection of reasonably priced jumpers. The woman I spoke to while booking was friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and helped me through the process. They delivered on time and the driver was quick and efficient in setting it up. The bounce house itself was really clean and didn't have any rips or tears. We rented from another company a couple years ago and that one was gross, so I was a little nervous. A different person picked it up the following day and he, too, was quick and efficient. My only complaint is they don't accept credit cards for payment. It's cash-on-delivery only. Made things a little incontinent as I'd have liked to prepay at the time of booking, but it wasn't a deal breaker and they were upfront about it from the first. It was our first jumper house renting experience and it was the best! We originally found this company on Yelp .. and when we called they had the best customer service . Natasha answered all of our questions and was very patient with us. The day our jumper arrived our driver (josway I think was his name ... I probably butchered the spelling ) was very polite and accommodating .. we had been up all night with last minute "Rubychella" crafts and setting up.. I hadn't had time yet to run to the bank .. he set up while I ran to the bank and he took his time finding just the right spot for our jumper and asked what other things we were gonna have set up so that we got it just right .. and it did!! So the party is over. One of the things I found difficult was to actually settle on a jumper, as they had so many amazing ones to choose from. I ended up going with a 4-in-1 with a pirate theme. lt was even bigger than I anticipated. Very nice! The delivery guy ran into problems getting it into my back yard because my side gate is nailed shut. For a moment it looked like it wasn't going to be able to be done. But he worked hard to make it happen for me! He really came through with a miracle for my boy. My son had an absolute blast- it warmed my heart watching him. I would definitely love to do this again. They were punctual and it was first class from start to finish. Their service and product is worth every penny they charge and then some. When I saw all that was involved and what I got for it I actually felt like they weren't charging ENOUGH, funny as that sounds. From now on, for me, it's Jump N' Party or no party. BTW I found out that they even offer concessions (popcorn, snow cones etc)! I had already gotten that taken care of so it was too late, but next time for sure I'll take advantage of that convenience. Rented the tropical waterside. We had over 30 kids at out party. From 3 year olds to 17 year olds, they all loved it. It was delivered and set it up by Tito. He was awesome! I rented their 60ft long obstacle course for my sister's 11th birthday party for about $309. I was told their drop off hours are from 7 am - noon depending on their drop off route schedule. Our jumper arrived at around 9 am, and I was told that their pick up hours were same day pick up that start from 7pm - 9pm...keep in mind it's and additional fee for extra hours after that. As for the pick up, it depends on their pick up route, ours was picked up at 8pm. However, I arrived at my moms house for the party at 2pm and the jumper was completely down..the guest were arriving and we could not get it to start up again. Keep in mind their generators are an additional fee. Well I assumed it would come full of gas and ready to run for the hours of rental (9am - 7pm).. So I had to call jump n party during the birthday party to ask why our jumper was down.. and the lady on the phone told me I needed to put MORE gas.. that it was probably "on for TOO long"?? Like am I supposed to turn it off during the party?? Anyways, I had to go out of my way to go get gas which ended up being an additional 20 bucks out of my pocket, which brings us to $329 for the rental.. so our jumper was useless for about an hour :( I was kinda disapointed becasue I wish they would have mentioned "HEY, YOU MIGHT NEED MORE GAS FOR THE GENERATOR, SO BE PREPARED". read more

We called jump n party last minute for our Memorial Day BBQ! They had availability and the option to pay in advance so I didn't have to think About it the day of! I loved the package option, because we also needed a couple tables and chairs. We got a Big jumper, 2 tables and 12 chairs for such an affordable price. They delivered way before our party started which was awesome too. The kids enjoyed jumping allll day long!
