Communication! Canceled on me once and then was a no show with no phone call or text.

These guys are amazing. I called on Saturday for tables and chairs. I needed them the next day. I was able to pick them up on Saturday. I appreciate him taking care of me on such short notice. They are very reasonably priced as well. Oliver is a great guy. He is very respectful and courteous. Their tables and chairs are very clean and in great shape. They are a family owned local business. They now have a new customer. I will use them for all my party needs. Thank you Oliver. read more

Have used this company 3 times now for tents, tables, chairs, and linens. This last event was a large draped tent and we got nothing but compliments. They are always professional and honestly the most reasonably priced for our area. Will continue to keep using them! read more

Great service and great prices! Initial communication was done through instagram and was easy!

he still has not sent me a refund!! what an awful business practice. taking money from people that cancel months in advance is sneaky

Took our deposit, never returned our calls and left us with no chairs or tables for our special needs daughters birthday party. I hope you sleep well, Oscar. Shame on you. read more

Where to begin...was on the hunt for a rental company for quotes for my sons graduation party and from the jump Oscar was on top of it. He responded quickly and with options that suited my budget and what I was looking for. He offered to put together a special package to suit my needs. I had reached out to a few additional companies for quotes and they were either booked or just never responded. I went through Elevated Party Rentals and every step of the way Oscar was accommodating and responsive to every inquiry, every question, every suggestion and without complaint or anything. He made the entire process seamless and stress free during a very busy time for my family and I. Our communications back and forth via text were never confusing. Oscar was kind and never once did I feel like it was just a transactional exchange and nothing more, he really puts forth effort and more to ensure his customers are getting quality services and feel valued...that speaks volumes and is incredibly appreciated! The transaction aspect is super easy, able to pay without issue at all and just as quickly as a invoice was provided and payment was received, a receipt of transaction was issued so there was never any delay or wonder if something did not go through. The day before my sons party I was texted with a time frame and they delivered exactly as it was stated in the text, even letting me know they were in their way. The team of individuals Oscar has were great! They came in, got the job done with ease and no issue and were very nice and open to the slight change in canopy placement that needed to be made When it came time for the pickup the day after the party, Oscar and his team came through just as stated in the text and same as the delivery, I was notified when they were minutes away. They came in dismantled and everything quickly and were on their way. As for the condition of the tables (standard 5ft round tables) and chairs (standard white folding chairs) and canopy (20x40 ft) rentals...they were clean, they were in working order and no issues. I've rented from places and have had chairs that don't seem to look or feel safe or tables that are in rough shape. The canopy was clean and you can tell that price is taken with how they treat and maintain their rental equipment which is greatly appreciated as well. I think at this point, my review has hit every key point in how my experience was and how anyone who chooses to use them will feel as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HANDS DOWN! You won't regret it! I will recommend Oscar and Elevated Party Rentals to anyone asking and looking! I wish continuous growth and business to them in all their future transactions and endeavors! read more

Save yourself the headache. Terrible business with no accountability. Rented a tent and what they gave me was not what we had discussed. Then a zipper on the tent ripped open due to winds which was not their fault, however when I called them they did not answer so was no able to use the tent for a New Year's party. When they picked up the equipment I explained this to the owner and he stated you should have called us which I did and showed him the calls and texts. His only response was ohhh I was in Idyllwild no service. Poor business practices. Then he agreed to refund me 75 dollars for the inconvenience which I agreed but he never did and once he left he never responded. Don't hire these guys they will rip you off even after the fact that I tried working with them they proved to be dishonest. read more

How about a return phone call or confirmation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Sadly, they used to be very responsive. They were quick to get me a quote and take a deposit and then they disappeared. I had used them for three other parts and referred them as well so I didn't even check the current reviews, my mistake because it's all there and true. They Will Rip You Off! Be Warned!!!! I was left with 3 days to find tables and chairs after booking two months early!! read more

Phenomenal folks to deal with. The process was very simple and fast. Once you place an order, items are delivered to your home, and they're usually picked up within a day or two. Give them a try! read more

Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!!! They are an absolutely terrible business!!! They are untrustworthy and they lie. Please go with a different business to avoid getting scammed. I was told by this business that they were going to deliver my party supplies a specific date and time and they never showed up, they did not answer my calls and took my deposit and we were left with absolutely nothing for our party. Unprofessional business. Please do not do business here. read more

Our son and DIL were having a baby shower and needed help. We live four hours away and worried how we could help from so far away. Well Oscar and his crew from Elevated Party Rentals came to the rescue. I reached out and explained my situation and he assured me that anything I rented would be there ready for use and they sure were! I was so pleasantly surprised to see the quality of equipment from the canopy that withstood the winds that day to the very comfortable and sturdy chairs! Will definitely use this company again! read more

Elevated party rentals - Small canopy was ours, but I wish I would have ordered another 12x20! It was far better than mine! - Bounce House Rentals Near Me - Beaumont , California

I started planning my sons graduation party back in April and didn't know where to begin picking a company that would provide all my needs. I checked Yelp as I usually do and found EPR. I found the owner Oscar to be easy to talk to and very accommodating, he was able to set me up with all my tables, chairs & table cloths. I had to keep adding things to my order and he responded so quickly and updated my invoice immediately. Anything I needed he was ready to help. Over the course of the last few months I had to change things up but he never got frustrated with me and he was always courteous, and prompt with replies. A few days before my event I reached out to Oscar to confirm what time they would drop off my items. I was a little panicked due to the hot temps expected for the day of my party, and was hoping to get started earlier than the drop off time I was given. Oscar offered to make my delivery the night prior to my party so I could set up earlier. Wow what a help that was! His great customer service was greatly appreciated! Pick up was equally easy and fast. I would definitely recommend "Elevated Party Rentals" Thank you Oscar for awesome customer service, I will use you again and recommend you to all my friends & family. read more

Had a great experience with Elevated Party Rentals! Owner is very communicative. I changed my order a few times before the day of my baby shower and they were very understanding and accommodating. We absolutely loved working with Elevated Party Rentals. We were looking to rent an open bounce house for our 2 year old's birthday party and were absolutely thrilled to reach Freddy. From getting the initial quote to picking out a color scheme for the balloon garland & backdrop walls, everything went so smoothly. On the day of her party, Freddy arrived right on time and went right to work. The bounce house went up within 2 minutes but Freddy spent so much more time wiping down the entire structure extremely thoroughly. Everything looked absolutely pristine and even better than we had imagined. We wouldn't hesitate to work with them again and would recommend their service to anyone who's looking to host a great event. They were professional, reliable and easy to work with. read more
