Save yourself the headache. Terrible business with no accountability. Rented a tent and what they gave me was not what we had discussed. Then a zipper on the tent ripped open due to winds which was not their fault, however when I called them they did not answer so was no able to use the tent for a New Year's party. When they picked up the equipment I explained this to the owner and he stated you should have called us which I did and showed him the calls and texts. His only response was ohhh I was in Idyllwild no service. Poor business practices. Then he agreed to refund me 75 dollars for the inconvenience which I agreed but he never did and once he left he never responded. Don't hire these guys they will rip you off even after the fact that I tried working with them they proved to be dishonest. read more

Where to begin...was on the hunt for a rental company for quotes for my sons graduation party and from the jump Oscar was on top of it. He responded quickly and with options that suited my budget and what I was looking for. He offered to put together a special package to suit my needs. He made the entire process seamless and stress free during a very busy time for my family and I. Our communications back and forth via text were never confusing. Oscar was kind and never once did I feel like it was just a transactional exchange and nothing more, he really puts forth effort and more to ensure his customers are getting quality services and feel valued...that speaks volumes and is incredibly appreciated! The transaction aspect is super easy, able to pay without issue at all and just as quickly as a invoice was provided and payment was received, a receipt of transaction was issued so there was never any delay or wonder if something did not go through. The day before my sons party I was texted with a time frame and they delivered exactly as it was stated in the text, even letting me know they were in their way. The team of individuals Oscar has were great! They came in, got the job done with ease and no issue and were very nice and open to the slight change in canopy placement that needed to be made When it came time for the pickup the day after the party, Oscar and his team came through just as stated in the text and same as the delivery, I was notified when they were minutes away. They came in dismantled and everything quickly and were on their way. As for the condition of the tables (standard 5ft round tables) and chairs (standard white folding chairs) and canopy (20x40 ft) rentals...they were clean, they were in working order and no issues. I've rented from places and have had chairs that don't seem to look or feel safe or tables that are in rough shape. The canopy was clean and you can tell that price is taken with how they treat and maintain their rental equipment which is greatly appreciated as well. I think at this point, my review has hit every key point in how my experience was and how anyone who chooses to use them will feel as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HANDS DOWN! You won't regret it! I started planning my sons graduation party back in April and didn't know where to begin picking a company that would provide all my needs. I checked Yelp as I usually do and found EPR. I found the owner Oscar to be easy to talk to and very accommodating, he was able to set me up with all my tables, chairs & table cloths. I had to keep adding things to my order and he responded so quickly and updated my invoice immediately. Anything I needed he was ready to help. Over the course of the last few months I had to change things up but he never got frustrated with me and he was always courteous, and prompt with replies. A few days before my event I reached out to Oscar to confirm what time they would drop off my items. I was a little panicked due to the hot temps expected for the day of my party, and was hoping to get started earlier than the drop off time I was given. Oscar offered to make my delivery the night prior to my party so I could set up earlier. Wow what a help that was! His great customer service was greatly appreciated! From getting the initial quote to picking out a color scheme for the balloon garland & backdrop walls, everything went so smoothly.
