He pretty much tries to take control & tell you how to have your party!! Sad we all know how much we look forward to these special occasions & make the best of memories times like this only come once in life. Not to mention we got the highest package to get better service not the case with this DJ. Do your research there is so many other DJ's that do there best to please there customers with him absolutely no customers service!! He played the wrong song for my husband to walk out too, it was pretty much the chipmunk version of the song. After the I dos...the announcement of I now pronounce you Mr. and Mrs. Didn't happen...song didn't play for awkward amount of time to walk back down the aisle. At dinner the same songs kept playing, when people asked for a request he said the bride said no. That was never talked about. Mid reception I had to go look for my songs because he was unprepared. Some songs that played were from YouTube and had weird talking. Not a lot of my songs from my list played. He didn't want to work my coordinator, the announcements I needed weren't happening. After the wedding I reached out he didn't respond until I emailed more than once. The service was NOT professional, and I asked to work something out with some type of refund. A lot of my guest talked about how awful the DJ was, which is super unfortunate. He did play music so I would never ask for the full amount just something, because it was not to expectation. We were looking for someone who could do more than just mix different genres of music, but who had great charisma and could really hype up the crowd during our grand entrance and money dance.
