The way he pours the beer into the glass, clears the foam off, and dips the glass so its all nice and perfect for you. Such a pro. You can even taste a sample of the different craft brews if you are indecisive or your palate is feeling a little picky (aren't we all sometimes). Their selection of artisan beers is not overwhelming, there is a little bit of everything, and Ale will tell you what is good for you if you tell him what you like. They have my precious Cider! Don't judge me. There is no sign outside, easy to miss but worth looking for. It's not a huge place but it's very open inside. There is a small patio with a couple tables outside. I'm finally growing up and sometimes i wanna hang out and actually have a conversation and hear each other without having to yell out loud, ha! This is the place. The bartenders were quick to make the drinks and very friendly. The drinks were yummy, of course, my favorite was Aperol spritz duh! The view at the balcony was amazing like wow. You'll see in my pics here how the view was like. We are at the restaurant downstairs which was just really amazing. I had such a wonderful time here that I'm planning on going back to Perugia sometime in the near future!
