The others wanted me to call them rather than being proactive. I provided the vin and the quote was 60% less than the dealer. I spoke with Caleb, and we added more things to do. During the maintenance, he sent photos of his work. I live pretty close to him. He was able to take my car in the night before and he delivered the vehicle back to me completed. It is difficult to find an honest mechanic who isn't trying to scalp you. It is also difficult to find a mechanic that has fair pricing. I recommend Fix All Auto, LLC. I know I will be using Caleb again in the future.

LIE, the only reason I put 1 star is because it's the lowest you can give, but technically they should be negative 3. I used my 30 day allowance rental car from my insurance and they declined to give a rental car for the remaining time they were taking, until 3 weeks later I threaten to tow my car out this shop, then they gave me a car and it was then when the sense of urgency to finish my car began, to this day they still owe me a grill because the one they used is the wrong one. My vehicle has led light bulbs and was told they all failed, so they installed regular light bulbs. I asked for my old bulbs and installed them myself and came to find out that the poor quality technician couldn't figure out how to install a bulb, THEY WORKED just fine. Hahaha just kidding. He was very thorough and inspected my vehicle. I was able to drop my vehicle off the next week. And repairs were completed accordingly. Quicker than expected too. I did see some scratch marks on the plastic door piece where they may have used some tool to wedge the chrome piece off. Also other chrome piece was not secured properly when they reinstalled it. See photos. Overall the paint job did look good. And Derek touched up 2 other tiny spots for me which was nice.
