They waited 18 months to submit the bill to my insurance and my insurance flat out refused to pay it due to that time lapse. If the bill had been submitted in a timely manner my insurance would have paid it, I would have paid the co-pay and there would be no issue. This is on the office staff. Their internal struggle should not be my financial issue. They had acknowledged this to me back then via a phone call and I thought it was done until just recently when I applied for a loan. They turned this in to collections after 3 yrs and claimed it was due to natural disaster (covid I'm guessing). The only disaster related to this happened within their office. I was turned down for a zero interest loan because of this offices inability to do business in timely manner.

And when i went to her next appointment with her i was in disbelief when this so called dentist was slapping his hands in our face! Insisting he explained the process to her (my 77 yo mother). Now that iz only after i asked him why he was being so "aggressive" didnot even introduce himself, nor did he ever attempt to make my mother feel at ease or reassured. We were then treated as if we were the problem! I was told to keep my voice down when after hearing this man completely verbally accost my mother i said "what the fuck is wrong with this guy! He's an asshole!" We were then escorted to the managers office, where i definitely asked her "would u let a doctor speak to your mother that way?" And her response was "please stop yelling at me or i will call the cops." Are u serious?? Then tried to blame me bc my mother did not understand the process of getting dentures! Not to mention they took it upon them selves to charge her for the most expensive denture they offered which she did not ever agree too. And only offered a fraction of her money back as a refund, and still never explained the fit of the healing denture or let her try the pair on they had in the exam room after the dentist threw a tNtr.like a 10 yo. They will charge you around $112 a tooth for as many teeth they will like to get a bonus for but will always keep it to just under $1000. I've done so much digging and research on this and am trying to make this as public as possible!! You do not need the Arestin, your insurance will not pay for it because it's not necessary and considers the antimicrobial agent experimental and investigative and not a necessity. Yet Aspen dental will tell you that they will not provide any services to you until you pay for it. Even a cleaning they will refuse to do until you pay them. They will try to tell you if you can't afford it out of pocket. You can get a credit card through them and like I said they will always keep it just under $1,000 to try to make people think they have to get that and it's only $1,000 on a credit card. Please just be careful this is a scam. They're in this industry not for medical care but so they can make bonuses and they can make profit off of naive patients. Dr. Bialko is incredibly unprofessional. He squirted my daughter and I with the water from the…read morewater flosser. He never uses lidocaine for filling cavities. He's very rough and works too fast. My daughter requested lidocaine for a 2nd filling because the 1st one was painful without it. Dr. Bialko seemed irritated at the request. He injected the lidocaine into her gum and then right into the filling. Did not wait for the lidocaine to take effect. After the filling was complete, he proceeded to slap her on both sides of her cheeks, informing her what side not to eat on. I have never witnessed such terrible behavior from a Dr. He has also told my daughter he was going to make her gums bleed, which he happily did. DO NOT RECOMMEND

When I returned for the procedure, my dentist began by drilling my tooth into a jagged shard before realizing that actually I needed a root canal and I'd have to make a new appointment. The dentist sent me home numb and with my own sharp tooth digging into my numb tongue and cheek. By the time the anesthetic wore off, my mouth was torn up and I could barely swallow. I returned the following morning in agony to be met with skepticism from my dentist about how bad I was feeling. She shaved off some more of my tooth and put a better temporary filling. I left this dentist office in worse condition than when I initially came. Avoid it.
