I repeated what he said and he became defensive... started to mansplain how an hourly charge is calculated... "well I send 3 GIRLS (they are young women, don't ever call a young woman a girl, I am confident you did not like being referred to as the boy earlier in this review) out. So I guess it is $30 dollars an hour if you want to look at it that way, but they don't get paid $30 an hour, a lot more goes into that..." I stopped him from mansplaining more... I know how it breaks down and companies come up with their hourly charge dude. so I am laughing a bit, as this is ridiculous... I really don't want to support a company that calls the workers a belittling name... it is a tough job and the people who actually do the cleaning work very hard... they are the ones who place the value on your services, so treat the right... and i am still astonished how a simple paraphrase for clarification of your own words caused you to have a meltdown... thanks, but no... I'll find a replacement that treats their employees with respect...

It was a very difficult situation--logistically and emotionally to handle. These two were lifesavers. Any other review that tells you otherwise is, I promise you, is coming from someone with expectations impossible to meet. I know this because of the patience, support, and love, honesty, and incredible skill they showed. They found cash in the home and reminded me to secure it. They toiled endlessly and diligently. They gave encouragement, support, and wisdom. I could not be more grateful to these two. Thank you so much! You have done more for this one customer than you know.

I had requested a deep clean of our common areas, focusing on baseboards and walls. The rate reviewed was fair for our space and was looking forward to their visit! Suelen arrived on time with her assistant and got right to work! I knew things had slipped a bit, but wow, I didn't realize how much! The ladies tackled our blinds, walls, fridge, and even our air fryer combo that I figured was just forever dirty - boy was I wrong! I do not recommend this service…read more Several things went wrong during my experience. Initially, I was quoted one price, but the night before the scheduled cleaning, I was told the cost would be doubled. I was also asked to pay via Zelle before any services were provided. At no point during our initial discussions was I informed that the first cleaning would cost more. Another concern was communication. We had been texting back and forth, and I provided my phone number. When I asked for a phone call to discuss the details, I was told she could not call because she was at home. This, combined with the last-minute request for payment before services and the sudden price increase, made me uncomfortable and concerned that the situation might not be legitimate. Scheduling was also frustrating. I repeatedly explained that I was only available on Mondays, yet I was continually pressured to accept a Tuesday appointment. After finally agreeing on a Monday, I was later informed that she would be coming on Tuesday instead of the day we had agreed upon. When I decided to cancel due to these concerns, I was then asked to reconsider. At that point, I was told she would honor the original price quote and come on Monday as we had initially agreed. While I appreciated the effort to resolve the situation, the multiple last-minute changes regarding pricing, payment requirements, communication, and scheduling had already caused me to lose confidence in the service. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and unreliable, which led me to look elsewhere.
