We hit it off because I think we both recognized that the other person had taste, carefully considered opinions, and a way of communicating that felt genuine and helpful. She gave me her card, and invited me to reach out, which I did about a month later because my sister was looking for a home in Santa Monica, that she would eventually purchase with the support of my mother. I introduced Janet to my sister, and to my mother who both appreciated her professionalism and quick understanding of their wants and needs. She also took the time when necessary to go over every detail of the transaction. Janet eventually found my sister the perfect home for her and her daughter, and was there to not only negotiate and close the deal, but to assist in the pre-move-in renovation - - with ideas and a contractor who proved to be capable and reliable. Beyond her professional help, Janet was truly there for our family, helping to smooth out the emotional tangles that accompanied this kind of project, with its various personalities and level of understanding--including those of the seller's agent and the sellers themselves. Not only would we hired Janet again, but we will recommend her without reservation to anyone who is looking for a home in Los Angeles, and especially on the west side where she lives, and is super familiar with the dynamic market.

I owned a 5 unit apartment building in Santa Monica and I interviewed Janet about selling my property. I wanted an agent that took care of her clients like I took care of mine. I didn't think I would find an agent as good as me to tell you the truth but when I interviewed Janet she was everything I was looking for. From the very beginning she was calm, listened to all my concerns and reached out to me in record time to answer any questions I had. Janet was always calm, and always diffused a situation before it became an issue. I can't say enough about what a great agent she is. Her marketing was superb, her paperwork was outstanding and she had trades people that handled work to be done at the units without me having to drive out to the property and take care of it myself. If you are thinking of selling a property, please give Janet a call. I promise you, it will be the best decision you made.

I had been acquainted with him for a few years before I sold the units because he helped me rent them previously. Winston is an amazing man who know real estate very well. He also helped me keep my head on straight since I had lived in Los Angeles most of my adult life. He helped with making sure I was emotionally ready to really do it. There was absolutely no pushing or pressure. He is a wonderful man and I recommend him as highly as I can. You will be glad you made the decision to hire him. Alice Dewey of Jupiter Farms, Florida

Sabine was very patient in explaining and educating us, always sharing useful insights about every house we considered. For a fixer house we were interested in, she even brought a contractor to help us figure out how much we would need to spend. Finally when we found a house we loved, Sabine helped us secure it. She told us various strategies to make our offer more appealing, and we got the house despite it having 7 offers. During escrow she handled all the inspections and other paperwork. We don't live in LA and we really appreciated her handling the entire process smoothly. Even after escrow she helped us with various things before we move into the house. Overall I would definitely recommend her to anyone. She is very easy to work with.

Original review: Johanna was referred to me by a client of mine, and although she wasn't the first agent we spoke to, she was the only one we were comfortable running full speed ahead with. She was sharp, informative, understanding, and a blessing to work with. I could instantly tell that she was someone who we would establish a long term relationship with as we go through this process multiple times throughout our lives. Cue the music and enter realtor Becca Liang! This is the part of the movie where they play a montage consisting of all the pivotal moments in my home buying process climaxing with the ultimate triumphs of getting the offer accepted and closing escrow. *Home Search: Becca took the time to determine the specific features I desired (high ceilings and a roofdeck, for example) and just as importantly, what I wasn't looking for *Showings: Once we identified a few properties that checked the boxes and seemed up to my standards, she scheduled all the appointments to maximize the best use of my time *Offer: when I was ready to pull the trigger, we collaborated on the best approach to make an offer that'd be accepted, without risking the seller countering or another buyer swooping in (spoiler alert: it worked) *Paperwork: when you don't have a printer at home and there's 80 million things required to sign as part of any real estate transaction, no worries, Becca geared everthing up for me to easily do online via DocuSign. She was also extremely responsive when I had a question, or 2, or 3 about some of the items Normally I prefer to handle a lot of things on my own, but I needed a dedicated professional that I could rely on and trust for this huge transaction.
