They are completely unqualified and untrained for their jobs and literally don't care if they do a good job. Last time I physically came to the office I waited an extra 45 minutes to be seen because they FORGOT to put my folder in the pile of people to be seen, so 4 people who had later appointments than me got seen first. Dr. Ahn doesn't overbook his schedule unlike other PCPs and so patients typically only have to wait a few minutes to be sent to the patient room and spend at least 15 minutes with him. Most importantly, he also listens to you when you talk unlike other doctors and is extremely friendly and acknowledges your presence. He also is open on Saturdays which is very convenient. If you are dissatisfied with your current doctor please consider switching to Dr. Ahn and you will not regret your decision.
