Dr. Ahn doesn't overbook his schedule unlike other PCPs and so patients typically only have to wait a few minutes to be sent to the patient room and spend at least 15 minutes with him. Most importantly, he also listens to you when you talk unlike other doctors and is extremely friendly and acknowledges your presence. He also is open on Saturdays which is very convenient. If you are dissatisfied with your current doctor please consider switching to Dr. Ahn and you will not regret your decision.

I am glad I will no longer be going to this God awful practice.

The secretarial staff is just abysmal to the point where I have to call 3 times for the same refill because some idiots in the office continuously forget to refill it right after you call. They are completely unqualified and untrained for their jobs and literally don't care if they do a good job. Last time I physically came to the office I waited an extra 45 minutes to be seen because they FORGOT to put my folder in the pile of people to be seen, so 4 people who had later appointments than me got seen first. If you want your health in jeopardy because of an unqualified staff go to doctor's care associates.

The only thing I would suggest is that maybe they have an updated website or phone line once their appointment spaces are full or vaccines are all taken. They are polite when they say they can't do much if they don't have any left. The whole system is pretty organized though. You usually go in and register and the wait times are long but at least they tell you you can go home and they will call you when to come in. There's also wifi posted at the front desk in case you do stay. The front desk definitely looks organized. There's no panic or rush, which is always a plus. There's 6 exam rooms. Appropriately sized. It's not tiny but it's not super spacious (which isn't necessary). In terms of the waiting room there's a lot of chairs in a row and I don't think they clean them in between. So just be careful when going into an urgent care because other people may be sick. Everyone must also wear a mask inside.

They take blood in office which makes it super easy, and they are always so prompt in responding to any medical questions via the portal. Dr. Tran helped to diagnose a blood clotting disorder and took me of my birth control of three and a half years. My old obgyn never even bothered to check. She also helped to address my concerns over my cycle, and is always giving advice on how to stay the healthiest, and what to do if I want to prepare for pregnancy. Dr. Hoppe is one of the most dedicated and compassionate physicians I've ever met. His focus is always on helping people. I was sick and needed asthma medication once during that winter everyone had omicron, and left a message in the portal to make an appointment on January 2nd, and they were closed for break. When they reopened on the 3rd, I had an appointment for 7:30pm. When I spoke to him I said "I am surprised you were able to take me. I thought you guys closed at 7." He said "We do, but there are a lot of sick people right now." After 5 YEARS of trying to find a doctor who would take my symptoms seriously, Dr. Hoppe referred me to the gastro who determined my gallbladder had been working at 21%. After FIVE YEARS of pain, constant nausea, and more, I am FINALLY comfortable. I could cry. Everyone I send their way, which is about five people at this point, loves them. Everyone I know who goes there, loves them. I cannot refer them enough. Go, go, go. Make the call. They're amazing.
