In this case, it means that the most expensive cocktail at Bar 11 on Monday is € 3-3,50. Most of them are even for € 2. Quality, it is normal. Go there if you want to try different cocktails for cheap price.

(Yes I am that old that I remember the 70's) the bartender had a great personality and speaks English. The cocktails were great as well, and on Monday they are 1/2 price. We were told there is live music on the weekends and sometimes on Thursdays. If you grow tired of the upscale part of town try pub crawling down here. Lots of great spots in the area. Don't get put off by the fact it is not as well known or commercialized as the other parts of town. You only live once!

We just wanted a quick beer to get out of the cold but ended up staying for quite a while. Would have been longer but they went ahead and closed on us! :o) Great atmosphere, friendly service and customers. Oh, and the beer is good! Amusing to watch the customers of Mustafa's Kebab hut queue in the freezing cold for hours to eat sh*t. (Not a fan of kebab's, obviously) If you like pubs, you'll love this.
