Inside, you will find it a great place to meet with friends when the weather turns cold. The burgers are decent and I am fond of their Clubsandwich de Luxe. Prices for both food and beverage are quite reasonable, especially for the area. Please note, this is an Irish pub in Berlin and not really a kneipe, so smoking inside is not allowed. My only complaint? As it is the General Post Office, I cannot purchase 'stamps' or 'briemarken' at the bar ;-)~ But I can get great beer! :-)

The beers are always very solid, tasty brews; not the most unique styles but they satisfy my craft beer cravings. The menu also includes some small food plates (I haven't tried them yet) and some liquor and non-alcoholic drinks. If you like whiskey, they have a few good options for pretty cheap prices. I think I had a double of Glen 12 for €4? A definite must if you're a beer lover in Friedrichshain!
