My wife and I were excited to check it out-we love drag queens. The first night, we arrived about 30 minutes after the show began and found that it was jam packed. We were standing back by the bar and had very limited visibility to the stage. After about 40 minutes of not being able to see, we left. But we returned the next day, much earlier, and were able to stand closer to the stage. People are respectful of each other and welcoming to all. I appreciate that the emcee (I forget her name) made it a point to welcome people who were drinking alcohol as well as those that wanted non-alcoholic options, which the bar offers. I appreciate that. She also reminded everyone about consent-specifically about taking picture and video, which was sadly ignored by some patrons. But overall, I felt like it was a safe space. Bartenders were friendly and attentive, as were all the staff that we interacted with. My one complaint was the condition of the bathroom. Look, I don't care what your biological gender or gender identify are, but please don't pee on the toilet seat. Both the stall that I used as well as the one my wife used were covered in urine. That's just gross-no matter who you are.

Started a tab where they don't keep your credit card and they have a sign that states that they charge 20% to it if you don't close out. I was ok with the 20% charge since I would probably leave that amount for a tip anyway and almost didn't close out and just leave. I did decide to go to the bar and close out and found out that there were bogus charges on my tab for a drink that we didn't have and for ear plugs we didn't have as well. When I pointed this out to the bartender, she knew exactly which items were not mine and removed them without me pointing them out. This tells me that she knew which charges were bogus and I consider this fraud and theft. No matter how nice it is, I can't go to a place that I can't trust.

I was accosted by a lady saying that the girl (dancer) felt uncomfortable for me throwing money in her face. That isn't true at all: I was super nice, brought all the cash, and threw the money on the stage. The manager and the bartender threatened to call the cops on me for trying to find out what the problem was. It's wasn't overly crowded yet. Everyone there was just hanging out and enjoying the scene. The bartender that helped us tonight was really nice. We started a tab and got some drinks started. I have had obscene amounts charged on my card before from the bartender not being attentive with which card was charged. I appreciate that this bartender was careful and reassuring me that it was my card that was being charged. That showed me that he was careful with other tabs as well. We ordered a few drinks. Washington apple shots, Captain and cokes, dirty Shirleys. Each one of the drinks were not lacking in the alcohol department. You're getting your money's worth in your drink. The pool tables are always busy. We played a couple rounds. Mario Kart is always a win. And watching buzzed people punch the punching bag is always entertaining.
