Cooked medium rare. Tender and very tasty. Would order again. If that was not enough we got the panna cotta for dessert which was creamy and melted in your mouth. We started with fingerling potatoes and the meatballs. Both were excellent, although we felt the meatballs had an edge over the potatoes. We ordered a half cheese half pepperoni pizza for our son and we also ordered a half honey badger, half bronco pizza for us. All the pizzas were amazing but the bronco (also the one our waiter recommended) took the top prize. It had a nice taste and the right amount of spice to it. It was delicious and I highly recommend it.
