Service was for my home in Fredonia, NY…read more M and M Chimney Service (Matt) showed up to do the estimate within a day of my call. The initial estimate was clear and concise and surprisingly not as much as I worried it might be. Matt clearly explained the problems with the chimney in terms I could understand and clearly explained how the problem would need to be fixed. Matt and his team were friendly, professional and wonderful to work with. The day of the job, they showed up at the promised time, and got right to it. I hardly even knew they were here while they were working! They were respectful of my property, cleaned up after themselves and did a very professional job. Before they left, Matt let me know if there were any problems or if I had more questions I shouldn't hesitate to call.

I called M and M Chimney because snow was coming down the chimney and into the fireplace at my home…read morein Hamburg NY. As it turned out, the snow was getting in simply because of the accumulation on my roof and wind direction. Matt was honest and informed me that there was nothing really wrong with my chimney and cap. But he didn't stop there, he custom made a stainless steel shield that attached to my cap and blocked the snow from entering the chimney stack. The shield looked like it was part of the original cap and I had no problems for the rest of the winter. M and M Chimney is as honest as they come. All this and very competitive pricing on high quality workmanship. I would highly recommend!

The BEST company you will ever work with!!! My story:…read more I had just bought my first house, and there was an issue with the driven well that it had. We tried to get it to work, but could not get water out of the 14 foot deep pipe. (It was clogged with sediment.) I contacted Caster Drilling via email on a Tuesday morning and was hoping to get a response by the following week. I was wrong. Trent, the owner himself, responded back 4 hours later. He came over that same evening to assess the situation. He was extremely knowledgeable and did not make unnecessary recommendations. The next morning I had a quote, that was very reasonable. I accepted the offer on Wednesday. Friday, he brought in the equipment, drilled the well, ran the line to the house, wired it in, and setup the expansion tank with a 1 inch PEX outlet. I have NEVER had such clean and clear water in my life. The quality of workmanship and the quality of the well is first class. I cannot thank him enough for what he has done. I hope my experience helps you choose Caster Drilling, because I will never go anywhere else. ((Just ask him for a quote and you'll see he is the one you want to have doing the work.) Trent is definitely "World Class"!!!
