Always the best Chinese food around Bolton and Nobleton! Reasonable prices and good quality.

It used to be a place with average service but good quality food and fair pricing. Now it is a complete and Uther failure. The food is no longer good. The prices have increased dramatically and the service has gotten next level bad. The latest time I took takeout will be my last. Theyve gotten so cheap that they cannot even use a proper lid for a takeout box for a baked rice as seen in the picture. This place is no longer redeemable and I would avoid it at all cost I've been burned one to many times on the food.

Unfortunately one item was misunderstood and we received something different but it was still good. We ordered the beef with flat rice noodles and the baked pork chop on rice but requested it with chicken. We ended up getting the half/half cream sauce/tomato sauce with chicken and pork. I think I confused her when I asked for chicken however it is on the menu as baked pork chop OR chicken. Maybe it's just not a common request. Anyways, it was still pretty good, the pork chop and chicken were both tender, the rice was slightly golden in colour, I do wish it was a bit more fried rice-like. There was lots of sauce and cheese. The cream sauce had a distinct coconut flavour which was a bit odd but not entirely unpleasant. The beef noodles were great, gigantic portion, steaming hot and plenty of wok hei. We ordered cold lemon tea for our drinks, cold drinks were $1 extra, but it was worthwhile. The tea was made to order and it was perfectly sweet, lemony and not at all bitter. Prices were really affordable which is part of the HK cafe appeal. I think for the two dishes plus the drinks it came out to less than $35 and we both had plenty of leftovers. Value is definitely there. Overall it's a good option for HK cafe food in Aurora. Most of these restaurants are opening in Newmarket so this is a good option closer to home. Personally I feel that there are better choices in Newmarket but for proximity/value/taste I will definitely order from here again. I'd like to try some other dishes as well, I see they have some Cantonese style dishes that look good!

To be honest, it is not perfect in many dimensions: It's not spacious and feels too greedy to have too many tables. It is not a good place if you really want to have an elegant environment to have your meals. The servers are a bit aggressive. But despite of all those disadvantages, I still give it 5 stars because it has the PERFECT food! I almost dropped some tears when I tasted my first bite of the dish I ordered, stored fried beef with tomatoes and eggs. I think what it does best is that it adapt its dishes to use the local produce and meat, and still keep the legit HongKong food flavors. My wife ordered the stir fried instant noodles and it was full of pepper, mushrooms and soy sauce flavor. I highly recommend this restaurant to have meal with friends or family (but not too many people since it's small and crowded. You can go to other coffee shop to chat

The drawback is everytime the door opens you get the big breeze that comes in and also the washroom is not toddler friendly. This place only accepts CASH or DEBIT and there is 25c for each take-out container if needed, though you can bring your own... Ordered Wing Tai Signature Steamed Chicken-$16 - Looks like hainese chicken as there are generous amount of green ginger onion on top of chicken. Not exactly meaty, and texture was alright and it comes with a steam rice and choice of soup or hot beverage. Got Satay Beef Instant Noodle set with luncheon meat + scrambled egg and crispy bun w/ butter condensed milk- $14 -standard taste and such F14 (Fried Noodles w/Beef)- $15 - Didn't really get the wok-hay and the colour is a bit light. Beef was nicely sliced thin and noodles tasted fine. One thing I'd say is their hot sauce by the tableside is quite tasty! Milk tea tasted standard as well. Service was fine too. Not a big space, but can probably seat 25-30 people.

We arrived at the restaurant closer to our scheduled time and was SHOCKED by how many people were there also waiting for their order. We ended up getting our order at 5pm which was perfect as it was the time we originally wanted anyway. We went for the Dinner for 4 menu, which came with 4 egg rolls, sweet & sour chicken balls, chicken chop suey, beef with vegetables & almonds, B.B.Q chicken wings, and fried rice. On top of that, we added sweet & sour pork and wonton soup. The staff even gave me a heads-up that the Dinner for 4 menu is more suited to a Western palate (maybe because I was ordering in Chinese?), which I really appreciated. Honestly, everything was so tasty. The flavours were on point, portions were generous, and it all held up really well for takeout. No wonder my boyfriend says his family orders from here every year... it's that good.

Unfortunately after ordering it took another 45 minutes before we got any food. There were 3 wait staff and all three would walk by saying that they were following up with the kitchen. It appears that we were not the only one as a saw another customer actually get up to about her missing dishes. The quality of the dishes were also disappointing. The green onion and ginger beef was mostly mushroom and the braised tofu and vegetables were mostly tofu. We have had good experiences before for both dinner and lunch. Not sure what happed but based on this we would be hesitant to return.
