My son Anthony will start VPK @ Nob Hill Academy Sunrise, but he has been here since he was 1 year old. during that time the teachers ... Mrs. Brianna, Mrs. Beabe, Mrs. Maru, Mrs. Claudia, Mrs. Dora and Mrs. Maria have placed a granite to help him discover something new day by day. He loves his teachers and has greatly improved his social skills, is courteous and respectful and more assertive. He used to be shy with adults and other children, but not anymore. We are so happy to see the positive changes he have exhibited at this school. We consider it's a gift from God to have the opportunity that some of these same teachers were the same ones who also took care of my oldest son 13 years ago. The way these teachers have helped our children develop their individuality, while at the same time emphasizing self-discipline and respect for others, has been great. As full-time working parents, it is very important for us to have security that our children are in a safe environment and, at the same time, that the child is given the opportunity to learn and discover. We have never been disappointed in these 13 years that we have been involved with this school. In fact, we give the school credit for the easy transition that Victor my eldest son had when he moves to his elementary school. My son continues to be a great academic winner and very respectful with his peers and adults. now in Middle School, What more can a parent ask for? You will not be disappointed if you put your child in this school !! We love this preschool, teachers, curriculum, Staff ...The Principal Mrs. Lucy followed by Mrs. Johanna and Mrs. Dora are always very accessible and very supportive. For us the parents. Highly recommend Nob Hill Academy It has been a great experience. The school provides an excellent foundation for the lead up to Kindergarten , they maintain smaller class sizes, qualified teachers, I think Cleanliness is vital so they take significant precautions to prevent the spread of germs. they also have Secure lobby and classrooms; On regards nutrition menus include a variety of foods which meet daily nutritional needs and satisfy licensing requirements, they also maintain affordable prices I have a 10 years old boy Victor Patino who used to attempt to NHA since he was 18 months now only goes for Summer Camp. Which I forgot to mention he always had a blast, awesome recreation!! Now I have my 2nd baby Anthony Patino he is 17 months I live a little far from where I used to 10 years go to but there is nothing compare to go to work with peace of mind that you little one is in good hands!! I've had the pleasure of of experiencing the amazing care provided to children at Nob Hill Academy over a decade. I have two children (daughter and son) ... 13 years apart...lol. When I had my son I returned to Nob Hill Academy Sunrise ( Hiatus and Oakland Park Blvd location) and to my surprise the staff my daughter had was still there. The owners are the same, one of the directors Mrs. Johanna (love her), some of the teachers ( Mrs. Magda, Mrs. Brianna, Mrs. Jean) , they've become like family !! I absolutely adore NHA Sunrise location. One of the teachers, Mrs. Dora whom teaches the VPK students (my daughter and her daughter were in the same class, now both in college) . She is literally one of the many key heartbeats at NHA Sunrise. She's so nurturing, patient and kind. Mrs. Dora is very diligent in ensuring the children have all the fundamentals they will need for Elementary School. They prepare the children with a multitude of skills from computer literacy, preparing for standardized testing, vocabulary, math, reading, etc. My son absolutely adores Mrs. Dora and Mrs. Tanesha ( they were his VPK teachers) and he is now in the first grade doing amazing. The early learning skills provided by NHA gave him the foundation to build a love for education and learning... and of course on his days off, there is no question where he wants to go, lol. NHA Sunrise !! Breakfast and lunch is provided (if needed, you can send your own food from home of course), they provide snacks throughout the day, lots of playgrounds on site for all ages. Nob Hill Academy is awesome! Our daughter has been going there since she was 2 and every teacher she has been with has been great. The administration is good but the teachers and staff are top notch and the best. Ms Maria, Ms BeBe, Ms Claudia, Ms Amrita, Ms Brianna, Ms Sandra, Ms Samantha are some of the teachers that have helped our child grow through the years. This is her last year there and then she is off to Kindergarten. Ms Magda and her current teacher Ms Zuleika have been the constant for my child this year. In the morning she is dropped off to Ms Magda who is awesome and than she goes to Ms Zuleika for the entire day and VPK instructional time. VPK C is Ms Zuleika class and she is a exceptional teacher who has had a tremendous effect on our daughters life and education this year. My daughter is heading to kindergarten knowing how to read, add, subtract, write, and spell all thanks to her. My child is not easy and her patience and willingness to continue to work with her and have her leave there being the best student she can be is tremendous and speaks volumes on who she is as a person and s educator. It has been all me and my wife could haved hope for from our daughters teacher this year and we are so grateful. I would recommend Nob Hill Academy to any parent that is looking for place for there child. This is not just a daycare they are indeed a terrific school with excellent teachers like Ms Zuleika who are equiping these young beautiful minds with important knowledge from a early stage in life. EXCELLENT experience that my daughter had, from the first moment I was attended by Ms.Luci and Ms. Johana I knew it was the best option! My daughter, Marcela Burgos, studied from the age of two there until her vpk is over. I want to publicly thank Ms. Belkis excellent worked with my daughter so much that her kindergarten teacher asked me to congratulate her for the excellent work she did with her, very good foundation! Unquestionably my son also goes there, he's in a 3-year-old room, he's happy, he adores his teachers, which means he has an excellent deal, which helps him feel in an optimal school climate for his cognitive development, I appreciate all the attention he receives from Ms Claudia and Ms.Sandra, thank you for loving my son as if it were yours! Nancy Definitivamente es el mejor lugar que pude escoger para el programa de VPK para mi hijo, aparte de tener una linda instalacion, un excelente nivel academico, tambien cuenta con unas excelentes maestras, puedo decir que me ha tocado con la mejor "La Profesora Nancy" . After having my son at a previous school prior to transferring him to Nob Hill Academy where I felt that there was no structure, I can honestly say that I am more than happy with my decision to transfer him. My son went into VPK knowing a few words, but when I tell you that he can easily see a word, sound it out or figure out what the word is just by glancing at it, this school surpassed my expectations. His teacher, Ms. Zuleika taught him how to do basic math within less than a week, a day or two if I'm not mistaken. If I could keep my son at Nob Hill Academy for the remainder of his education, I would. I have zero complaints! One of the major things that I love about this school is that they are so family oriented. The teachers are caring, respectful and they genuinely care about the wellbeing and development of your child. I am currently pregnant and although my son only started at this school for VPK, I will definitely be enrolling my next child into this school without hesitation and hopefully Ms. Zuleika will still be there when my next child starts VPK. read more

I would like to start by saying this school is FANTASTIC! Look no further. My older son attended this preschool when he was a baby (under 2) and is now 13 years old. He was a part of the afterschool program once he started Elementary school and it was very convenient for me as Nob Hill Academy (Hiatus) would pick him up after school (attended Sandpiper) and assist with homework. VERY HELPFUL! Now my second little one is 5 years old and about to graduate his VPK class, totally ready for his new adventure in Kindergarten. He has also been attending this preschool since he was 3 months old. I was very confident in going back to work after maternity leave because I knew he was in great hands (prior experience with my older son). Nothing is more important to me than my great-grandson! I would not hesitate one nano second to remove him from any center that does not meet the highest standards. My experience with Nob Hill Academy in Sunrise has restored my confidence that there can be a center that can adequately take care of our precious children. NHA in Sunrise is indeed an excellent center for any child because of their genuine caring, professionalism, program and safety setup. All the teachers and administrative staff are just super! My great-grandson feels the love; he is well cared for, learning and developing social skills and behavior patterns but most importantly he loves it there and he is not easy to please. Such an amazing school!!! Every teacher is amazing from the babies room like Miss Belkis (with so much love and dedication) till they graduate. My son is graduating from VPK and Miss Nancy has been an incredible teacher. The dedication this teacher has toward her students is just impressive. She is patient, kind, dedicated, knowledgeable and just a special individual . She is definitely a special asset to the school. My kids have been enrolled for about a year and it has been the most rewarding experience. the director, Ms. Lucy and the Coordinator Ms. Johanna are the best. they really care about teaching the kids, and create a safe environment for them. always on top of everything, making sure everything runs smoothly with a smile on their face. the teachers are great, the quality of education is really high. when my 5yr old started VPK he had a hard time. he wasn't really at the level he needed to be, but Mrs. Magda push him and now he has improve tons. it's amazing to see how he is enjoying his learning experience at this school. every morning when I drop off my kids, I have peace of mind. Nob Hill Academy Sunrise is an excellent preschool! My 4 and 2 year old sons attend. The teachers have been there for years and really care about the kids. Ms. Bebi, in particular, is an awesome teacher. I know my 4 year old is well-prepared for kindergarten because of Ms. Bebi's pre-k curriculum. Ms. Jean, Ms. Briana, Ms. Amrita, Ms. Belkys, and Ms. Narely are all wonderful, caring teachers, just to name a few. The monthly activities keep the students engaged and help build understanding and awareness of national and international customs. The staff is always friendly and addresses any concerns right away. My son is almost 4 and he's been going to Nob hill since he was 1 year old, I love this daycare and I feel very comfortable leaving my son in such good care. He's always happy when I drop him off and the teachers and all the stuff are very warm and nice. He was just in the 3 year old class with Ms. Claudia and recently was moved to prek-4. Ms Claudia was an outstanding teacher, I lovee her she is so sweet and cares so much for all the students, his current teacher Ms. Bibi is awesome too, very sweet and also strict when it comes to learning time which I think it's great. I always recommend NHA (Sunrise) to those in search of a school for their child. My daughter went there for vpk and they prepared her so much for kindergarten, she has been placed in the advanced program at her elementary school. My son who is 4 is currently in vpk and just in the month he's been there he's improved so much and is already starting to recognize site words. Ms. Belkis is absolutely amazing. I not only trust that she will prepare them for kindergarten but that they are in a safe environment when they are with her. Ever since my daughter has met Ms. Nancy that is all she talks about. Ms. Nancy is kind, exceptionally caring and always makes sure my daughter has snacks when I forget to pack her snacks.
