The lobby itself is nice and fairly spacious but In more recent years it has become a safe haven for the homeless prompting the lobby to locked up after midnight. The warmth of the lobby is always welcome but there are back steps to access the platforms from the outside and even an elevator. The lobby windows hours are narrow being only 6am to 1pm so if you a special kind of ticket such as a bus pass you have to make it there during this time. It isn't open on weekends so if you work a regular job how are you supposed to get a ticket of this type? I know this is more of an NJ Transit issue but i think they should be more accomodating. Overall though its one of the better stations on this line and pretty well, kept up.

The deposit was the monthly cost. However, the school started with no communication and of course, no car. There is no customer service phone and when I emailed inquiring why there was no car at I got an angry response: " if operations didn't send the driver information that meant they were not ready. We work with over 8,000 students across the country. Just because they had a delay and miscommunication doesn't mean you have to put our company down" By far the worst experience with any service company. Needless to say: still no car. Save yourself the money and time!
