Such a wonderful daycare with so many loving and caring people! We were nervous to bring our new baby to daycare but also needed to find a place that we could rely on with our variable work schedules. My husband and I both work in health care and often our shifts go later into the night, so that was another issue with many daycares. Not only did we find Noah's Ark to be a safe and happy place for our baby girl, but we were able to find a place that worked with our busy schedules! Our baby has flourished here with lots of attention from her loving teachers, and lots of new little friends. We couldn't be happier with this daycare and feel so blessed to have found it. read more

As a mother who had the luxury to stay at home for the first two years, I had to find somewhere that would be good to my daughter; as I would. I'm beyond grateful for all the staff, and I appreciate the curriculum. My daughter learns, plays, makes art projects; plus they are helping with potty training. My daughter was very upset at drop off, but the staff was loving and treated her like family. She now looks forward to the next day at "School" They have an in house chef, and all homemade food. Amazing, I can not say enough great things about this daycare. Just wow. My daughter has been attending this daycare since she was 4 months old, and shes now 2 and a half. The teachers are so loving and caring and truly treat my daughter as if she is one of their own, and I'm so thankful for that. They always feed her a fresh healthy meal and shes always in a clean diaper when I pick her up. My son went here for about 6 months, he absolutely loved it. I read reviews before taking him there, and I take reviews about daycares with a grain of salt. My experience with Noah's Ark is completely positive. My son loved his teachers, and really looked forward to going there everyday. I've really tired to have an open mind about the whole daycare thing but let me tell you. Today was Beyond me, Worst experience ever! I dropped My son at 8 am (take note of that) It was so awkward when I dropped him off and I thought well maybe it was just first day first time in his class I tried to brush it off. I picked him up at 4pm after work, signed him out walked into his Unlocked classroom to his teacher (not the one i dropped him off with) with her eyes closed! I kid you not. She responded when I said "okay let's go home" They told me at enrollment they check ID before letting a child leave, they failed there too. I tired to brush all this off until I got home in tears and read over the daily report. Diaper check at 7:40( I was there at 8 ) He was asleep from 1230-235 at lunch time so he didn't have lunch. But lunch is served at 12...? Or at least offer him lunch when he wakes up.. Last thing was the fact that all of Bentleys belongings were gone out of his diaper bag, after they told me he wasn't going to Get a cubby.. I can't get over the fact the teacher was clearly asleep, and that my kid drank a full sippy cup of water when we got home. I tried to have an open mind , but my Worse nightmare came alive today. Let me start by saying I do not have a child here. I did tour the center. The front door was unlocked. When I questioned the woman giving me the tour she said, "There is always someone at the front desk." She worked at the front desk, but she was giving me the tour. No one was at the front desk! Even with someone at the front desk a person could still walk in with less than ideal intentions, and I do not see how the woman could have done much about it. read more

My son who is almost five has attended Noah's Ark since he was four months old. Unfortunately, our family has made a move out of town and we can no longer make the commute. I wanted to share with other families how our experience over the last four years has positively moved our lives. I could go on and on about how great this facility is. My son loves going there and has made many friends that he talks about on a regular basis. Every time I drop him off and pick him up the kids are playing and interacting kindly and playfully with one another. The staff is always present and interactive with the children in their room. Noah's also helped us with potty trained when my son was just over two. They were ahead of our household and worked with us on how we can work together to get Nolan through the potty training stage. The meals planned for the children there are excellent and fully balanced. They have a weekly menu just outside the office so you can see what your child will be eating. More often than not, there were times I would be picking my son up right at dinner time. They would all be sitting at the table together (teachers included) kindly chatting and asking for more! The teachers would encourage my son to finish his meal if I had time to wait for him, without penalty on my pickup time. My son eating a full dinner was more important than rushing us out the door. I was always appreciative. The children learn to pour their own milk and how to use manners and polite words when asking for more. All the food they prepare for the children is homemade. They have a staff member whose sole priority is cooking for the children every meal and snack. There were countless times where I asked what was being cooked because it smelled so amazing! The kitchen is open and in the center of the facility so any and all parents can see how the food is prepared and handled. My son eats better at daycare then he does at our home. At our own home he would often tell me, "Mom, I would like it how daycare makes it please!" As a mother this was personally frustrating because I just wanted him to eat what I made him but I was also very pleased that he enjoyed his food at daycare so much! As with every child care, there are growing pains for everyone. I read a lot of reviews talking about incident reports. Most of our incident reports came from when my son was between 2 and 3 years old. At this age they are learning physical boundaries, how to properly communicate and how to manage their emotions. I want to reassure all parents that we were well informed when Nolan would have a rough day sharing with other children. We would have an incident report to sign and take home. If there was ever an accident on the playground or in the classroom we were also informed of this. When he was younger and I wanted more information about how his behavior was being redirected, I sat down in the office and it was thoroughly explained. They have cameras set up in every classroom and office and there is no space in the facility that is kept private or up for question. As advertised, Noah's Ark is a Christian, Bible-based child care provider. Our son learned to pray before all meals. They say the same prayer every time and the children all chime in together. It is really a heart warming sight to see and hear. My son has brought many Christian based ideals home with him over the last couple years. If he chooses to lead prayer at home before dinner, he will lead us with his prayer he learned at daycare. Another day we were talking about his time in preschool and he expressed a concern about sharing toys with one of his friends. (As most 2-5 year old children do, because sharing toys is a crucial part of making friends.) He told me as we were talking about it, "Mommy, we should share because Jesus likes it when we share with others." It was a really sweet reminder of what he is learning and how behavior is reinforced at Noah's Ark. Another example is when our son started singing and doing a learned dance to, He's Got the Whole World in His Hands and Father Abraham with us one night before bed. Now on the flip side, my son is not always up for learning the song and dance and does not want to pray. At home we let him choose what he is comfortable with and he does not have to participate if he doesn't want to. Noah's Ark treats the children similarly, if my son does not choose to partake in the Bible learning activity they do not make him. I would highly recommend Noah's Ark to any family. As with all new child care providers, give it time to warm up your parental worries and stresses. Ask questions and become familiar. Noah's Ark is open and honest and compassionate about the programs and facility they are providing for your child. read more

Terrible daycare!! They find ways to charge extra money anyway they can. They even charged me for something that they "forgot" to add on the week before. Some of the teacher are ok others are questionable. There is one teacher that always seems to be yelling rudely at the kids and at the other teachers, I walked in on a teacher shoving a kid back into their chair. There have also been multiple outbreaks of lice. read more

My experience has been much different than what was said in the other reviews. The staff was VERY caring and wondeful with my seven year old, and their prices are reasonable. The building isn't fancy but it's a well run facility. They reinforce good manners and good christian values, and have been very flexible with my crazy work schedule. This is the WORST DAYCARE EVER. Not only did they over charge me by TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS a month they are terrible people. I dropped my son off one day and quickly slipped into the office to try to figure out my charges. I shortly after heard my son start screaming crying and begging for me (he's Two) When he was brought to the office I saw the entire side of his face swollen as the "teacher" pushed him into the office stating "he come like that" Infuriated by this I told her she needed to tell me the truth and my son looked at me balling in my lap and said teacher did it. I stood up found the ONE GOOD teacher and told her I had to go to work and had no other care but I was not allowing the other teacher to take my child and that my father would be there shortly to get him and not to let my child out of her sight. My dad showed an hour later got him and by the time he brought my son home CPS was showing up at my door. The day care called them as said that they "had proof a mother was beating a child" the charges were dropped due to the CPS worker talking to people in my child's life. But I am still infuriated that they called CPS on me when THEY are the ones who were hurtog my child. They then tried to pay me off to keep quiet to the social workers. They are TERRIBLE PEOPLE AND YOU SHOULD NEVER TRUST THEM!!!! read more

This place is dirty and stinks all the time. My child comes home smelling so badly she needs a bath every day immediately after coming home. Staff is inattentive on their phones and sometimes not in the room with the children when I arrive to pick up. Baby gate designed to keep children from entering entryway is also broken and has been since I have been going there. Sure they have longer hours but at what cost? Dirty smelly and more bruises and scrapes on my child than should be. Not to mention its the only time my child gets bad diaper rashes, thank goodness for potty training to stop that. Also a lack of comunication due to different languages and their inability to understand concerns and communicate in english. read more

I took my infant daughter here and they were terrible about keeping the place clean. They had children with colds who should not have been there. I took my daughter out after two months because she kept getting sick. After that she rarely got sick. I don't think they sanitized the place well enough. I would not recommend anyone taking their children there. read more

This is absolutely the worst daycare around. They treat the kids horribly.. Each class has 1 teacher watching TWELVE toddlers, which is absolutely ridiculous. A lot of kids have lice and they do not properly sanitize everything.. They charge irrelevant fees.. for example, if you forget to sign them in, you get charged $4.. And if you call and give them your schedule after 48 hours before they start.. You get charged drop off rates for that day on top of your weekly rate! Also, I passed by the infant room and heard an infant screaming and the nanny kept saying, "be quiet, be quiet!" With a baby on the way, there is absolutely NO way I would EVER trust them with my infant because I can tell abuse happens. I would highly recommend everyone to stay away from this place.
