I had wanted her cremated, so then they talk me into a little box for her remains that I probably could have gotten at a Dollar store. They sold me on a little plaque with her pawprint that sounded so cute. I wish I could post a pic of that hideous plaque! When I took it to the shop and showed them what I'd gotten, the receptionist, who has never had a very receptive attitude, took it in the office, brought it back to me and said they have an outside contractor who does that and they couldn't do anything. I asked for that contractors info and she said she was not at liberty to give me that info!!! (insert angry swearing emoji here) NO STARS!!!
