And the cost is way more reasonable then the other places I have been. I can't explain it all here, but suffice it to say that after much research, I'm left wondering if she was ever diabetic and if I contributed to her death by giving her insulin she didn't need! I had her check up in November and she was fine, bloodwork and all! Around the holidays she started throwing up a LOT so I took her in! She ended up with a big tumor and euthanasia! I had wanted her cremated, so then they talk me into a little box for her remains that I probably could have gotten at a Dollar store. They sold me on a little plaque with her pawprint that sounded so cute. I wish I could post a pic of that hideous plaque! When I took it to the shop and showed them what I'd gotten, the receptionist, who has never had a very receptive attitude, took it in the office, brought it back to me and said they have an outside contractor who does that and they couldn't do anything. I asked for that contractors info and she said she was not at liberty to give me that info!!! (insert angry swearing emoji here) NO STARS!!!

They refused, telling they had only approved once, and had no record of further authorizations, despite my having their faxes. The thing escalated, and without any explanation, the receptionist rudely told us to look for another vet. To this day I don't understand what prompted their behavior.
