However we got a notice that our chlorinator is offline this weekend 7-3 so I started checking the water chemicals daily and notice NO cHlorine so I made point of watching out for the guy to show up at house? when I never saw him and he evaded all out ring cameras? I asked my wife to check here email report and sure enough it said he was there and all is good with pool water, Clorinator, pump etc? hmmmm really so I called Carlos to tell him and ask him to send the guy back...Carlos jumped into angry mood telling me first he knew it was bad and it was back ordered? then said he called us left VM? no he did not? he gave us some bogus number he called? all in all he feels its my fault I have no chlorine in pool? hmm that's what I pay him for none the less NOT to lie on pool report....he obviously has too many clients so we fired him...very dishonest and true sign of guilt was his response to my complaint. We recently hired Sebastian with Tiburon Pools & Spa to do an acid wash of our pool and to regrout…read morethe tile. We were extremely pleased with the result and Sebastian was great to work with. He was kind and patient with all my texts and questions throughout the process. He texted to check on our satisfaction following the refilling of the pool. He is young, but extremely professional (beyond his years). Although Sebastian does not service pools in our area, he gave me helpful feedback that helped us to recognize areas where we were being overcharged. He did not attempt to influence us to make a change in our service, but when I asked for a recommendation, he offered one. Thanks to Sebastian, we are saving money each month. And he charged us half of what the other company quoted us for the acid wash. Because no one can guarantee to remove every stain (without completely resurfacing), it was a hard decision to spend so much money. But because he offered a more reasonable price and was confident he could considerably improve the pool's appearance, we decided it was worth the risk to try. And we're very glad we did. I would say that the surface is 75-80% improved in its appearance. It looks clean again. And the grout turned out beautiful. (We bought our home from someone who had maintained the pool themselves and apparently didn't keep the chemicals balanced properly, which led to the discoloration of the surface over time.) I'm glad we found Sebastian and would have hired him in a NY minute to service our pool if we were in his service area. We were very impressed with him; his professionalism and his helpfulness even beyond the work he was hired to do for us.
