When we arrived, one of their associates Jorge Rico took a look right away on their lift. He discovered we had a simple problem with a cracked plastic undermount section that was rubbing against our tire - which he fixed on the spot by securing it down. This saved our cross-country journey and we were so grateful for how they fit us in and did such efficient work and beyond reasonable.
